Absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with. Vehicle was still under warranty, the fan clutch went out the water pump went out destroyed the radiator the cooling fan the shroud. Dealership wouldn't even reimburse the towing fee when their vehicle failed. They kept the truck for 3 MONTHS!!!!! This is a work truck used Monday through Friday. They didn't care.
Move to this week, truck has a death wobble. Still under 100k miles. Had to go above Chayne at the service dept. Just to get it in. He told me it would be over a week before he could look at it. I told them whoch part was

Julian Seiler went above and beyond to make out vehicle shopping experience so pleasant & easy. Since we walked in he made us feel welcome and at ease, he is very respectful & knowledgeable and has great communication & customer service skills! Put in a credit app Saturday, called 8am Monday morning, waited 3 hours and called back again still nothing, finally got someone to help and sent in 20 pictures of my trade as requested and still cannot get anyone to help me… and I have 35-40k in EQUITY trying to buy a truck! Absolutely the worse buying experience I’ve ever had. Zero communication. Taking my business elsewhere.

Kevin Maldonado is your go to guy if you need a new Ram Truck. He listened to what I wanted and got me a great deal. The manager, Chris, is definitely a "whatever it takes" kind of manager. The whole process took less than 3 hours and I got a nice price for my trade. Then the finance department got me a lower rate than I expected on financing. And when I didn't think it could get any better, the Service Director, Kim, and her entire parts & service departments treated me like royalty when installing my new running boards! I love my new 2021 Ram 1500 Classic and am already set up to tow my travel

Ask for Guillermo Vasquez! He is the best! He had great customer service. He answered any questions that I had and provided me with all the information I needed and when he wasn’t exactly sure of an answer he was very honest and up front about it and would then go ask his colleagues to get the answers I was searching for. He provided his full attention to all my car needs to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Overall great service!

Great place to buy any kind of vehicle!!!! Jerry Ramirez the salesman I had was very helpful and informative, he didn’t push me to get into a car. I’m a very picky person but he supported every car I liked. Definitely one of the best salesman’s I’ve ever encountered in my life. Very funny guy, made me feel comfortable while I was waiting on finance. Checked on me whenever he passed me to finance and made sure I got the car that I wanted. After I bought the car he talked to me like I was one of his friends. Very good guy. I wouldn’t have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for him

It was well worth the trip!! Bought my second vehicle and it was a positive experience as well as efficient. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was super nice and professional. Salesman, Juan Vazquez, made the process that much more easy. Juan is not only a great salesman, but he is genuine, kind, and extremely funny! Juan made the process so much easier, he made sure it’s what I wanted.
