I recently traded in a vehicle at Destination Motorcars. Honestly it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I called and told them I was interested in a specific vehicle on the lot and I was driving from Tulsa to come trade my vehicle in for it. When I arrived they had the vehicle parked outside and all cleaned up. I took it for a quick test drive while they inspected my vehicle. As soon as I was done we moved forward with the paperwork and I was truly out the door in 15 minutes. The true rating is 10 stars. I purchased my Toyota Corolla in Sept 2021. Today my husband took the car to a local shop for an oil change. Unfortunately, oil shop was not able to complete oil change because a part was cross threaded. Long story short, my husband called Destination Motors and Dan along with his mechanic came to the rescue. Destination Motors gave my husband a loaned car and a couple hours later, my husband received a phone call advising our car was ready. The part in my car was fixed AND Destination Motors paid for the oil change. We paid zero out of pocket. I am beyond impressed

My husband had been looking to trade in his civic for a while. He came across Destination Motorcars and a truck he wanted. We made the hour drive to Wylie and honestly I did not think we would make any deal. I am always extremely cautious especially with buying a used vehicle. To my surprise our experience was great! I saw the car which met my requirements perfectly on Monday, I made an appointment with Lori on Friday, and two hours later I bought this car. The whole process is smooth and pleasant. The price is fair and I don't need to hassle about it. They will take you to drive around, and explain everything to you. Rance is quite a interesting and kind guy. I went there since they had one of the best deals for the car I was looking. Very nice dealership. Small, but nice. They are not pushy at all, which I do appreciate a lot, and they won’t bullsh*t you around.
Came in, showed me the car. I took it for the test run. Came back and told them I have to think about it and that I’ll let them know. They were not overwhelming at all, and pushy, so they just let me go without any unnecessary questions. I can not adequately express how professional these guys are. I found the perfect truck that met all of my needs, only problem was that it was in Texas and I live in Virginia. I found the ad online and sent an email, they responded quickly and I gave them a call. They helped me arrange an inspection of the vehicle from The Auto Critic (another great company), they inspected the truck and essentially were my eyes since I'm 1300 miles away. They gave me a thorough report and the truck checked out, except for a few minor recommendations. I was all in, the truck was exactly what I was looking for.
