Cars & Credit Master seems like the perfect place for people with good income and bad credit to go UNTIL . You realize that they finance through a place called CCM Finance. No you will not have an issue with them if you pay your payments on time. I haven't had an issue with that because I pay my bills. However, the finance department is purely unprofessional and is running a straight up scam for CPI Insurance. They never contact you about your vehicle unless they need money. I can easily front a deductible and money to get my car fixed. I pay for insurance every month so that it gets taken

This company just ripped me off during a PANDEMIC! Do not waste your time or hard earned money! How can someone be in breach of contract but you tell them the contract never started? These people are predators on good honest people. If the contract never started it is impossible to be in breach! Save your money. Please, I beg you, do not buy a vehicle from Credit and Cars Master. Purchase a vehicle a month ago just found out that the front end has been wrecked and put together with screws and two part Apoxsee it always drove vibrating when we're on the freeway and I didn't get a chance to take it on the freeway only took it up the block and came back around so I didn't really get a good test drive because I wanted to believe them so the car was salvaged I'm paying 20,000 for it for 2016 Chevy Colorado with over 150,000 miles on it yeah I got screwed so don't go to this place to stay for away They will screw you over Not only bring you down to only

I bought a vehicle in March 2020. I had to pay out of pocket for repairs in April even though I bought an extra warranty they were closed because of covid and they wouldn't fix it. Now we're in May and I've been vehicle less since Sunday, they won't give me a loaner car. And now they're not even answering my calls. They're not treating me or my vehicle as a priority.

I would not recommend no one buy a car from these people first of all I did the online application got and approval . I have good income and everything. I go way down there after driving through bad traffic just to get there . I had told them what documents I had the manager Rick said okay . I get there the sales girl Abril basically ignored me . Which by the way that is who I had the appointment with . Then also too they tried to sell me a car with a dead battery. I left out of there disgusted with the treatment that I got . My advice is to run fast do not buy a car from them as they are frauds

This is not a company your want to purchase a vehicle from. I bought a 2010 lexus from the company. When I purchased this lexus I was well making over 10,000 a month 6 months down the line in diagnosed with cancer and my income changed drastically. From $10,000 a month not even $2,000.00 I called the finance company owned by them CCM Finance sent it medical reports and award letter of disability. They refused to do anything to help me. Mind you I just paid almost $3,500 down on this vehicle. I asked them to even allow me to get in a less expensive vehicle to lower my payments just to kind of give

REVIEW UPDATE... sure wish I would've checked their reviews B4 we did business with them, turns out to be expert con-artist... we took our car back 2 weeks after signing a contract to have a few minor flaws and 1 major flaw fixed.... boy, talk about an experience with Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde!!! such nice and helpful individuals while trying to seal the deal, total opposite afterwards!!! can't speak for everyone else in the world or every employee on the premises but 1 bad apple spoiled the whole bunch for us!!!!

They are a scam to get you to buy a car.
I purchased my car April 2018, with the understanding I would be able to upgrade the car with nothing down. I confirmed with the sales manager multiple times as well as confirm over the phone multiple times. As
I am now looking to get a new car, because the car is breaking down, i'm told that I have to put money down.
The only catch they told me was I must pay my bill on time, which I have and never been late.
I will be making a complaint with the BBB for bait and switch

The only thing they are masters of, is deceit.
The salesmen are nice and the cars "look" nice....but...too many problems as soon as you buy one. My 2nd bought a Nissan Altima and within 2 weeks, brakes and rotars and matter cylinder had to be replaced. He paid $900 out of pocket because there are no guarantees that what you buy is in good shape. A will later, the oxygen sensorand the fuel pump went out. After 2 months he just cut his loss and gave it back. For the $23,000 they wanted for a 3 year old car with 50,000 miles on it, a friend suggested Carvavna
