This is the best company I have ever purchased a car from. I bought a car (2018 Hyundai Elantra) as a present to myself for my birthday. Ariel has excellent customer service and positive energy. I didnāt know much about cars at all and he broke it down to me in the best/simplest way possible. I didnāt have any insurance to drive the car lot. Chacon allows you to buy insurance through them and gives you about 2-3weeks to purchase your own. Iāve never had a problem this far and it was been 1year since Iāve purchased my vehicle!

I always made my payments here due to it being closer to my house than the other location. Very kind ladies in the financial dept, always get greeted when coming in by Brock(sorry if this is not correct) Wow! Even the manager of the store (Ariel) helped me test drive my car when i picked it up. I remember the brakes were super tight, and he helped me warm up the car, and get it running nice for me to leave in. Thanks for the great customer service and positive attitudes !

Absolutely Great experience they made it really easy and wasn't a long process everyone was very professional! All there cars are newer models with lower mileage then most places that offer in house financing and they gave me plenty of options to choose from. Ariel Lara really helped me in the current situation I was in and got me the best deal possible!!

I search for so long and tried to get approve and had no luck! I read so many reviews and ran across Chacon Auto. I read positive reviews and everyone talked about salesman Ariel. I called and spoke to him and he was very polite and pleasant. Ariel made my car buying process so smooth and easy. He got me approved and riding off the lot in less then an hour. Well this is my 5th car I bought at Chacon in Lewisville. Pete, and Keith are just great. I traded my 2015 Impala for a 2017 Nissan Altima. The car is like new. Not even 7k on it. They make buying a car seamless. I really want to thank both of them for the wonderful deal, and making me feel like family. There are not enough words to describe my experience with your dealership. Every detail was seen to. My credit is a lot better, and I could have bought a car at a Nissan dealership, but why? Brock Sickels is amazing. I was searching for a car for so long dealing with scamming dealers and trash cars but Brock was straightforward and so helpful.
