Rose City Flag and Awning designed and installed an automatic sun screen for us and it works perfectly. It is beautiful, of the highest quality, a good value, well installed and does the job of keeping the sun off our front wood door. They care about their clients, respond to any concerns and never give up if there is an install challenge. I highly recommend them. They are a terrific company.

I had an awning installed on my back deck from Rose City and they did a fantastic job! They were amazing people to work with between setting up appointments for my busy schedule, all of the many questions I had, right down to assisting so I'd pick the perfect color to match my house. The order time to make it, the delivery time and the installation was really fast and ahead of schedule. They also worked with me to give me the best price as I had a few different quotes from 4 different places. Rose City crew just finished install of a large motorized awning (20x15).
Results look very good. We are happy with both the install and the awning quality. Not cheap but ya pay for quality and sturdiness.
Crew was very skillful and courteous. Cleaned up well. Patiently instructed us on the operation, and patiently handled our simple questions.

We live on a floating home and wanted to have a retractable awning installed to provide shade on our river-side deck. The folks at Rose City Awning were excellent. Robert and Keith re-installed our motorized awning, and they did a fantastic job! They were courteous, knowledgeable and neat. They arrived promptly and thoroughly explained what they were doing. They set the stop adjustments and tension correctly for us, too. They also cleaned up when they were done. We will be sure to call Rose City Awning for our future awning needs. Rose City Awning is awesome. My awning was looking pretty rough because of the lichens growing on it (8 months of the year the awning is shaded by a big tree). I thought that I would have to replace the whole thing, doubting that just a power wash would work. Rose City came by and determined that I didn't need a new awning (Yay!) Their whole team were great communicators and very timely. Robert, who did the power washing was a gentleman, efficient and even cleaned off the windows from the spray before he left. Thank you Rose City!

Rose City Awning installed three retractable awnings in our backyard and two stationary awnings above a couple of windows. In short, they did an awesome job in every possible way. The awnings look great and the measurements were perfect. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done the way you want it. Don't mess around with online sellers or the big box stores. We ended up moving a local bookstore in Beaverton, OR very last minute. The new location had three awnings that needed to be replaced. I received a referral for Rose City, and I am very glad I went with the referral.
The only real blip we had was when they tried to help too much. My logo didn't work well for them so their design department spent a little over a week to work on correcting the art instead of asking for updated art. Once they did come back with a mock up I was able to send corrected art and the font and we were on our way.

You guys went out of your way to find a color that was not even manufactured anymore just so it would match more closely the color in my restaurant's logo. You delivered everything ontime, as promised. The awning was installed during our busy hour without a single hindrance to the flow of my business. And the price was fair!
