We were recommended to M & S Septic when our tank pump failed on a Thursday before a busy weekend with guests. Terry and everyone n the office were responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to get the pump truck to us on Friday morning, confirmed the pump had failed an had a technician to us in 30 minutes. The pump was replaced, along with the now failed septic alarm and we were back to flushing in less than an hour. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Great customer service!

I did some research to have our septic pumped out because I wasn't happy with the previous company that we used last year. I was leaning towards

Bruce came out and did a great job thank you to him first. This was the first time getting my tank drained and I had no idea where the tank lid was and Bruce poked around and the 4th poke he found it. He drained it and we could see the walls of the tank when he was done. Definitely going to use them again and for any of my septic needs.

I had my septic inspected prior to buying my home 8 months ago. They missed huge problems that this company found. Very thorough, very friendly and professional and most importantly honest. I called them and they were there the very next day to replace my septic pipes. I highly recommend and will be calling them when time to replace my tank.

From making the initial phone call to the technician coming on site (the same day) was a very pleasant experience. The technician Sniper Mike was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We just had our house in septic pumped in Milford by M&S and now our business today in Middletown NY done. S-Niper was the tech that came out and he was great. Knowledgeable and actually called me and explained my options without being pushy or impatient. Highly recommended. They were also better priced then their competitors and friendly on the phone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We have used Honey Dippers, of Peekskill, NY for many years. Today, they showed up at the appointed time, but the driver said he couldn't empty our septic tank because he didn't have a long enough hose. He said he'd call the company and tell them that. He also said that the company had been bought out, and was no longer Honey Dippers. We later got a phone message from the company saying that the driver is getting old and couldn't manage our setup, but that he was the only driver in our area. The phone number from which the message came is listed both as Pike County Environmental

My home inspector highly recommended these guys. I set up an appt for a few days after we were scheduled to move in. However, on moving day (Sunday) the septic alarm was going off. They came right out and pumped the tank. The next day they set a tech out to look at everything. The techs were two really knowledgeable young guys who took the time to educate us on our system. On top of that these guys were not just interested in my checkbook. Honesty is hard to come by. M and S is the only way to go!
