My septic backed up on a Saturday afternoon. Nobody else would even pick up the phone but I was able to speak to the owner of M&B himself who sent over two very nice gentlemen immediately. They got the clog cleared up in no time and explained what I can do to prevent this from happening from here on out. I’m new to having a septic tank but I know I’ll definitely be calling M&B for my maintenance and any future septic needs from now on!

We had an issue where our pump alarm went off on Saturday night arlund 10pm. After looking up places the next day we found M&B. Sean reached out to us on Sunday when he wasn't even in the office! He had returned our call in minutes to find out what was wrong and to give us peace of mind until they could come up and look the next day. They came up right before snow started and continued to take care of the issue even while it started to snow. M&B replaced a septic pipe that was sagging between my septic tank and my pump tank. They expedited the process to help me close on my house ASAP and were the most reasonable price I found. They made sure to send me copies of permits and even called the town to ensure they finalized the completion paperwork properly (they didn't before M&B called, so I am beyond thankful for their above and beyond mindset). Absolutely outstanding experience. Barbara in the office was SO polite and helpful. HIGHLY recommend!

I had some concerns, and she was very prompt to address them and followed thru to acquire answers to my questions in a TIMELY manner. Did a really nice job explaining to me how the system works and how to maintain it. He had to dig out the lid of the one tank and really took his time to protect the grass. After the tank was empty he put all the grass back like a puzzle to make sure that it looks good. Also while bringing the hose is across the yard he was very careful to try to avoid the patio and overall did a really nice job.

M & B Septic is great to work with! Prompt, curtious service for sure!!! This is the first house my husband I and own with septic. Our tech Mike was great at answering questions we had and provided info on how to properly maintain your septic. We recently had a plumber come out for a clog. The plumber worked 1+ hrs AND charged us 330,00. After no solution, the plumber opened our septic lid and said we didn't have a clog but our septic was full. We thought it odd, since we just had M & B pump it out a little over a yr. ago, but we assumed a plumber would know better than us we called M & B. Sophia

I am here to give my recommendations for M&B Septic Service. From my first call to set the appointment, I knew I chose the right company to get the job done. The day after I set my appointment, I received a follow up call from the office manager to confirm. The day my before appointment, I received another confirmation call. Upon arrival the gentleman looked over the septic area, asked permission if he could back down my driveway. He was pleasant, check the baffles while pumping and when he completed the pumping and was cleaning up, he was very respectful of my property.

First time using m&b septic, and was a very pleasant experience, scheduling with the office was easy and they arrived in the time frame that I was told.. I was home when they came to do the service, Mike the driver was nice and answered a few questions I had and showed me different things about the system... Overall I would highly recommend them to do any septic work in the future

We've been using M & B Septic for around 6 years now. Everyone we have worked with from Sean the owner, Sophia in the office, and Mike plus many others in the field have been professional and great! Contacted M&B in regards to replacing my septic. I was emailed the estimate but not an itemized estimate (a written proposal). I then emailed Sean requesting a proposal since we decided to go with M&B, did not receive a response. I waited a week and called left a message with their secretary, never received a response back. I ended up going with another septic company. My septic is almost complete and am happy I went with another company. I don't find M&B to be professional since they never returned my email or calls and didn't bother contacting me weeks later.

M&B, specifically Sean Maybe worked with me for 7 years on an extremely complicated septic project - yes, 7 yrs. Everyone and their brother were eventually involved - the town, the state, the EPA, the wetlands people, the highlands people - you name it. Out of all of those people, Sean was the only one that I felt had my best interest in mind. He became the only one I trusted - and I trust everyone. This happened because he is genuine. I have used M&B many times. Recently I had a bit of a clog to say. I called and the technician came the same day. He said all he had to do was clean the filter and I probably didn't need to get my septic pumped for another year. He could have told me I needed to have it pumped but the company was honest. My problem was fixed and next year I will call M&B for septic to be pumped.

Every single employee I have come into contact with in this company has been great! They came out to our home same day as my initial phone call. They assessed a long term issue we had been having and solved the problem within the week. I am so happy I called! I just moved into this home and septic is new to me. I called around to find a company that can service my septic system. i called a few, and i did not get a good feeling about them. So then i called (CSI SEPTIC) the service I used that originally inspected my septic. Which was also fantastic. They do not empty the septic,however they recommended M &B Septic, the women, at M&B, i spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and eager to help. I told her i had a hetic schedule and she said, well is today good for you? WOW, i was shocked at the immediate availability.
