Worst experience ever. UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL. I had an appointment at 2pm for an emergency service they moved it to 3pm and it was 4pm no one showed up. I called the office to check what was going on , and this DISRESPECTFUL MEN who didn’t want to provide his name told me that my appointment was until 5pm and when I told him that he wasn’t like that he started yelling at me that if I didn’t like it he would cancel it and hung up the phone. Places like this that’s do not comply their appointment and on top of them don’t even apologize but have an UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL

The septic tank was pumped-drained 12/20. There was sand in the tank and they don’t pump sand. It’s now 5 months since the initial pump. I called today. The guy said he doesn’t have a written reason when they came out in December if there was a problem but that it’s still 250.00 for another pump because he didn’t fill the tank up again. Horrible business will never use again and will file with the bbb.

Shaun, the business owner, came out and provided the quote himself. The proposal was in line with others I had received. His knowledge of the codes, environmental issues and a general expertise led me to choose his company. They showed up when promised, moved tons of dirt to install a new septic tank and drain field. His crew, including his son Drae were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and worked well together. The job was completed on time, the hole filled and graded for re-sodding. Granted, I did not want to spend $thousands for a new septic system when I have other uses for those funds

Needed a septic tank pumping. Knew this because I opened up the septic tank and it was full, as well as the toilet would not flush. Clear Flow quoted us over the phone as one of the lowest prices to pump the tank. We asked if they could come out same day, they did. Tommy came out and was informative and transparent with me about the honesty of his business (some companies don't even pump the tank fully!) as well as showing me the tank when he was finished pumping. We also discovered a clog in the drain leading to the tank and he helped me fix that too. He then gave one of the lowest quotes for

Thank you Clear Flow for your wonderful service! Amber, John and others are very courteous and helpful. I called to have my septic tank pumped while still waiting for the drain field permit to come in. John showed up on time this morning and took care of my septic tank without me even having to go out back. This is very helpful, since I have a disability and it's not easy for me to get around. I can't wait till the drain field permit comes in and I can have my old drain field fixed. I'll report back after they have completed my drain field. I had an issue with my septic and called Clear Flow Septic, the receptionist was a delight to talk too and she fitted me in within a few hour. Two guys turned up " Arthur and Jose" not only did they do a professional job but took the time to explain to me, how the tank works and future maintenance. 5* all the way and did I mention the price? Excellent.

My tank started backing up after a two year service....consulted a friend which told me about Tricia and Shaun the owners of Clearflow, he highly recommended them. Shaun inspected the drain and it was defective , the tank outdated but functional, I was a bit nervous because I was out of the state and did not know who to trust , I got two quotes and decided with Clearflow because their honesty .
