My husband and I rented the 5 stall restroom trailer from Zuidema this past weekend for our wedding. They were spotless and beautifully done.
They were responsive and easy to work with. We were impressed with their delivery driver, he was overly accommodating and did his best to place the trailer exactly where we wanted it. He also took the time to make sure we knew how everything worked before leaving.
Zuidema will be our first call for any large events in the future!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. The people who answer the phone are friendly and extremely helpful. The gentleman that came to my home was pleasant and knowledgeable. I definitely felt like I was in good hands.

The portable toilet service is inconsistant. They are supposed to service it once a week. Often they don't show up and when I called to ask for service, the answer was ' we will come in a few days' . I explained that we need the service urgently as there are multiple people working on site they hung up.

They tried to charge to $395----just to come out to my new house and tell me that the tank is buried too deep to "do a proper inspection." Since I pre-paid it, I had to dispute the charge with Visa, and I won. I spoke briefly to the owner over the phone prior to disputing the charge. I offered to pay $100 for them coming out. All he said was that he will call me back. I'm still waiting. What a lame company, and a lousy way to do business.

He took care of a very difficult septic cleaning. he found the problems in the new house that I had no idea where one of my covers was and why it wasn't working properly,. He showed me both problems and told me how they work and what I need to do to get them fixed. the man has been doing this for 17 years. He's an expert in this business and I let this expert do what he's an expert in and I got expert results.

I rented a deluxe portable toilet during the 4th of July weekend services and customer service was excellent. Twice the driver requested date changes for delivery and pick up no problem. As a nurse I know during COVID you have to be willing to alter your schedule for humanity sake.
I requested to use their services again 7/18-7/19 had already scheduled to use their services was told I replied after 6pm so I will have to pay for a $25 delivery for the day of my event. I replied I accept but under duress for the extra charge. I received an email they are unable to accommodate my order. Do Not Use

The good news: driver showed up on time.
The bad news: destroyed all the plant life above and around the septic tank opening. I told him to "peel" the soil/plants back, but he hacked away at it and killed most of it. The previous time I used this company the driver did the clean-out with minimal damage but this time it took me a hour to clean-up his mess (and it will take a year or two to grow back what was killed). My advice: use this company if you want to, but expose the tank top yourself if you want it done right.

What a service, the best I could do I had a small reunion at my back yard last weekend and because this pandemic situation, I decide to rent a couple portable toilets, was the best thing I could do, thumbs up to Keyloo and hector, what a nice people great costumer service. if you having and outdoor event do the same get portable toilets. and contact those 2 guys they are great.

Had them come to pump my two septic tanks. The technician did not have the treatment enzymes that he should have put in after. He said to call the office and have someone come by to put them in. It's been three weeks. I've called the office three times and I have been told, they would come at some point. The girl in the office named Chris is to rude like I'm bothering her. Clearly they have too much business and don't care about customers anymore.

We just hired David Zuidema Inc. to clean out our 2 septic tanks. Eric responded and he was awesome. He was professional, courteous, and took his time and did not rush out while explaining things to my wife. We had a blockage in our kitchen sink line, which he couldn't solve, but he tried. He answered all of my wife's questions and that was very appreciative. We would definitely hire them again and have already recommended them to a few people.

We are 2 days away from closing on our first home and the bank requested a septic repair that could have potentially pushed the closing back. Please watch out when you see them around your house.
The driver's drive carelessly directly on your property if they want access to the portopotties for service.
They did damage to my property and first when I called I spoke with Melvin ( also sent pictures ) he told me the damage would be fixed. Today another Melvin called me and said the damage will not be fixed because from the picture they don't think it was their truck ( I have a surprise for them ) .
How many Melvin's are there ?
Do not use this company they will damage your and your neighbor's properties too.

When we moved in to our new house in 2007, we assumed that it was connected to town sewer. When water started backing up through a toilet in our powder room, we realized that the original plumber that put in the plumbing pulled a fast one. Apparently, our sewer is connected to a septic tank buried under a driveway of our neighbor.
