Services
You can keep your septic system operating properly with regular septic tank pumping and system cleaning. After the tank is emptied, we check for baffles, cracks, leaks, or any deterioration. Your pumps are also checked to make sure they are working correctly. We recommend you have your septic tank(s) pumped at least every 3 years, depending on the age of your system and number of people in your home.
Every septic system is specifically designed for each dwelling and for the usage of water and accumulation of human waste on that property. In order to maintain and prolong the life your septic system, here are some suggestions. Should you use any of these household products in excess, a live bacterium additive may be necessary to stimulate the bacteria growth needed to exist in your tank.
What Is a Septic? A septic is comprised of several components. A septic tank holds the solids dispersed from the dwelling. From there the fluid drains off to an absorption area. That area could be a drainage field or a seepage pit. It collects the drained off fluid and is dispersed into the underlying or surrounding soil.

It makes a world of difference when the people answering the phones are knowledgeable about the trade they work for. I called Coppola first because they were in the same vicinity and had more reviews. However, the woman who answered either could not or did not offer me any direction even though I gave very specific details about my problem. All she could offer was to send a tech out for a fee. AND the tech NEVER called me anyway!
I had a completely different experience calling Lakeland. Patty, without hesitation, asked me very specific details about my problem and was (essentially) able to diagnose
