Josh was by far the most no-nonsense countertop specialist I contacted (and ultimately who I went with for that reason). He takes a straightforward approach to sizing up the job and doesn't balk at potential difficulties, such as tricky cut-outs.

I needed a small job, i.e., that my countertop be adjusted slightly for a new oven. I was told that I would have a very difficult time finding someone to help. Josh and his team were awesome. The technician arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and then proceeded to show me how to seal my countertops. (They were original with the house and I did not realize I needed to do this!) The technician cleaned up everything, even all of the dust bunnies under my oven, which he had to move. I remember thinking "if the rest of my day goes this well, this is going to be a great day!" Such a wonderful company to work with! Carolina Countertops were very thorough and communicated extremely well! I called Josh on a Wednesday and he returned my call right away and set up an appointment to come out to our house that Friday! I called 7 places and got quotes and was told the island in my kitchen was to big for a single piece of granite. I was also told they didn’t make the color granite. Got really frustrated with the search until a friend told me to call Josh so I did. Said he’d come give me a free estimate the very next day. I can not say enough good things about Josh and his team, headed up by Daniel. From going out of his way to find the exact look of stone I was going for, to installation Josh and the team were professional, friendly and accommodating. The stone they installed is beautiful and the communication through out the process was excellent. I could not ask for a better experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to help them with their home. I plan to call on them again when I renovate other rooms in my home.
