We were very happy with the work that was done on installing our 3 new quartz countertops. However, following the installation we had an issue with a small gap between our stove and the new countertop surface. We sent a photo of the gap and the following week they fixed the gap to our satisfaction. The new countertops are beautiful!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. What started off well ended so badly. Please avoid this company at all costs. The owner Daniel is incapable of taking proper measurements. Had issues with the sink hole being in the incorrect location causing issues with the sink installation not being performed as promised. Luckily my contractor had me order a sink harness system as a backup, so at least with that I know my sink is secure. Communication from the company about these issues was severely lacking/non-existent. Had my contractor not been there to witness

I had the best experience with Marble Unlimited. They were very professional and worked quickly to get my granite countertops installed for a better price than I was quoted for by a competitor. They were very communicative and contacted me every step of the way to ensure a smooth installation. I wish I needed more countertops. I’d be there again in a heartbeat. We recently remodeled our kitchen. I visited a few places in Durham but ultimately chose Marble Unlimited. The sales associate was knowledgeable and more helpful and they had a great selection. I was initially thinking about a quartz countertop but I was shown some lovely natural stone and we decided on granite. I am so happy I did because I love it. It looks great in our kitchen.
After our cabinets were installed, Daniel came out the day I called and we had our granite countertops installed within a week. The installation went very well. We had a minor issue with the seam and they were back quickly

We purchased a gorgeous slab of marble/quartz hybrid for our bathroom vanities. Daniel and his team were very helpful, quick to reply to emails/phone messages,, and professional. The fabrication and install was done over 2 days complete with faucet hookup and plumbing. We are very pleased and plan to use them again for our kitchen countertops. You will not find the quality, service, and low price anywhere else in the Triangle.

Really fantastic, every step of the way. Excellent service. Amazingly fast scheduling (we had a lovely piece of granite -- which we picked out in their no-frills yard -- installed within DAYS). And an extremely skilled, efficient, and attentive, team of installers. Even the price was pretty good, considering what we got! Not a single complaint.

I was super happy with this place. I used them based on yelp reviews and the fact that they have a slab yard of stone to walk through and see the slabs yourself. Which if you are going to get stone counters you need to be able to see the large scale slabs and not make a decision of a tiny 5"x5" piece. Daniel was so very nice. Jade walked us through every options going over prices and care instructions. She was so patient with us. They were very knowledgeable. I asked tons of questions and they answered them all. We picked out these marble quartz hybrid counter tops with marble backsplash

Wow. I knew they ran a low cost operation (which is good) when I went to select stone but they and their crews are also the most professional contractors I've ever had (and we've had a LOT). Totally know their business and installed countertops in our outdoor kitchen and post surrounds. I'm definitely calling them again when we reno our kitchen!

We need to modify the kitchen countertop. Cutting 0.5 inch from two sided to fit a new gas range. Marble Unlimited accepted this small job for $365. It's a bit expensive for the small work, but I appreciate that they accepted such a small job. Two workers came on Friday evening (2 days after I requested the work), and knew what to do. They finished in 30 min and all done smooth.

Initially my experience was good with Jennifer. She helped me pick out a granite remnant for a long bathroom counter. I was very specific as to what I wanted - since I had 2 depths of cabinet; we had 3 drawer stacks and 3 door/sink cabinets which were deeper. I wanted the counter to go straight across, no bump out. This was in writing and in the contract with Jennifer.
Since I needed to be at work my husband was there for measuring.
Our counter came with bum pouts almost 3" deeper that the rest and it looked awful.

Had many interactions with their office employee who sells to customers as walk ins, I hate that I can't recall her name- she was GREAT, As were all products we looked at, and the final piece of Quartzite we purchased. Installation was easy, installers pleasant and well trained, obviously very professional. We will use Marble Unlimited again.
