I called about a clog causing backups in all the plumbing on one side of the house.
They came out same day and resloved the issue.
They were fiendly and knowlageable. They even explained what was causing the issue, and told me how I could try resolving it myself in the future.
Hopefully I dont need my drain cleaned out again but if I do I wll defenity use Discount Drain Cleaning Co.

I was haveing some trouble with the drain in front couldent shower or flush the toilets called around and everyone charged a arm and a leg for service called discount drain cleaning co. And talked to walter nance lll and he came out within 20 mins did a good job thank you vary much walter nance was super helpfull.. id recommend him to anyone

I called 4 companies and this was the first one a human answered. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, came back the next day and completed the job at the edtimated price even though it took longer than they thought.

I drain my pool once every 2 years and I have done this to the street, until the city notified me that, there is a better alternative and there should be a washout line on my property. Since the previous owners covered it all with gravel I only had two choices get the plans for the home or call a reputable plumbing company to find it.

Super fast service after getting the run around with my Home Warranty service plumbing company that was unable or unwilling to fix the problem. Even though I had to pay out of pocket, these guys had the tools and knowledge to resolve my sewer line issues fast. I should have just called them first. Will do business with these guys again. Our rental management company was not responding to our plumbing emergency over the weekend. The downstairs bathroom overflowed with water out of the toilet and sewer coming out of the shower, causing it to flood right into our entryway. We had at least an inch of water in the bathroom and now flowing into the room on the other side of the wall as well. After searching online, calling other companies and hoping to find someone after 10 PM, I contacted Discount Drain Cleaning via text and someone replied within a few minutes of my text.
