I had a sudden issue with my water heater yesterday. I googled local repair services in my area and sent a quote out to 3 companies around 2PM. MG Drain Cleaners responded basically immediately and asked what issues I was having. I explained and Miguel told me he could come look at the problem by 5PM the same day! He came by at 4PM, so least than 2 hours after I contacted him. (Other companies told me I would need to wait until the 27th to have them come out.)
He quickly identified the problem, got the necessary parts to fix the issue, and went to work. He worked very quickly and efficiently!

Very honest,profesional, Miguel was a God send .He took the time to listen and answer every question I had and never made me feel like he was out to rob me.I had him flush out my whole plumbing in my house due to a water softener backing up in every sink and two toilets showers and you name it.Very long process but was very excellent and didn't try to gouge me like some other plumbing company's tried.I an very thankful and I will use him and pass on his business cards .He is fair ,honest , and if you need someone you can trust he is the guy. you will never need to look elsewhere this company is

Just as the weekend was beginning so was trouble. The toilets and the bathtub started backing up. After trying to plunge away the problem with no success, my husband called MG Drain Cleaning Services. Miguel the plumber showed up at our house within a couple hours. He was not only professional, but we were impressed at how polite he was. The issue turned out to be a bit complicated, but he did some troubleshooting and figured out the problem. Had a very stubborn clog. Called and left a voicemail to two other plumbers. Waited an hour and no callback. Called MG and they answered in the spot. Miguel was knocking on it door fifteen minutes later! Very professional and thorough! After unclogging the plumbing, he then ran the snake from the house to the street to make sure. He even used his snake camera to check if there was anything else left! Wow wow wow. Very impressed. Definitely gonna put him in my contact list. You should too!!
