First got my house flooded, they did excellent job extracting water and drying the property. Call them later to do air duct cleaning. Outstanding! Excellent indoor air quality company! Had them clean the ducts in our rest house. They were the only one available when we searched for a service and probably even better in terms of quality of work.

I had a wonderful experience with everyone I interacted with at Best Air Quality and Restoration. The scheduler was pleasant and helpful. He moved up my appointment when there was a cancellation, which I appreciated. The two techs who came to clean the vents were very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job. They explained the process and worked quickly. I had scheduled my dryer vent to be cleaned and they recommended a sturdier vent secured to the wall. It was a big improvement and a safer setup. We just had our dryer vent duct cleaned and couldn't be happier with the work done. They were on time and professional. Best Air Quality and Restoration employee by the name Dennis covered his shoes and made sure to clean everything after the job was complete. He took his time to explain what was done and took photographs to show me places on the roof to keep an eye on. I would definitely recommend them and will be hiring them periodically to take care of the vent.

Please do not go with this company for your duct cleaning. This company is a complete scam. They came to clean our ducts and arrived VERY late. They were there for 3 hours and we ended up being late for work. They tried to sell us a TON of mold remediation things that were so expensive. After the cleaning we had a trusted HVAC company come out to check the cleaning and they stated there was no signs of mold and that the ducts were still extraordinarily dirty. We now need to hire someone else to come back out and clean because of this. They refused to give prices over the phone. This company is

Best Air Quality and Restoration cleaned the vents and return to my small condo. They were professional and did an exceptional job. I have lived here for more than 15 years and have never had the vents cleaned. They went above and beyond to clean the vents and clean up after themselves. The technician did an excellent job; he spent at least three hours cleaning each duct, sanitizing, and doing his job. He showed me with pictures that everything was filthy, even the clothes dryer machine duct. They offered me a flat rate of $ 299, and I ended up paying $ 1,200. I think it was excessive, but in general, most companies charge like this, and only if you are lucky will you be able to find the right one.
