Services
Please be advised that due to increase demand, we are currently scheduling construction approximately 3-4 months out from contract signing. This is an estimate and can move forward or backward depending on many factors. If you are not looking to build in the immediate future, we recommend waiting closer to your projected build time to schedule your preliminary evaluation as the proposal pricing is only valid for 60 days.
What this means is that the gunite structure will hold water for as long as you live in your home. Like all warranties, this is only as good as the company backing it. Some companies, including Backyard Amenities, will transfer the warranty time if you happen to sell your home during the warranty period.
The building of your new pool requires the scheduling and coordinating of nearly 100 craftsmen and supporting personnel. Involved also are dozens of vehicles, ranging from small trucks to tractors and gunite rigs. In one way or another, all are involved in the necessary process of removing, delivering, installing and finishing literally tons of materials.
FNS Plus Filters are designed with curved grids to maximize filtration area. More filter area means better performance and longer periods between cleanings. The internal design has been refined to minimize flow restrictions and, therefore, requires minimal pumping power to achieve a needed flow rate.

Overall a below average experience. Brad is a better salesman than pool builder. They do not have their own crews, they sub contract out everything. No site supervisor, just a crew of workers who do not communicate in English. Found ourselves having to provide direction to work crews on a number of occasions or make compromises after it was too late. Work site is a mess, crews leave debris, food trash and bottles/cans on a daily basis. Tried to ask for help but to no avail, was told “this is one of the problems with Third World workers” (I can share this text). When trying to resolve problems

Brad and his staff at Backyard Amenities built us a beautiful pool 5 years ago. They provided us a wonderful experience through the whole process and we have thoroughly enjoyed it ever since. But the best, and frankly most amazing, part of our experience has been the ongoing support we receive. To this day, I can call or text Brad for help and support. Their timely and helpful responses to issues have saved us time and money. I deal with a lot of contractors and Backyard Amenities sets a standard that most cannot meet. Brad, Matt and Jody, together with their office team and contractors where able to transform our rather boring backyard into a space that we use daily. I have nothing but praises for Backyard Amenities. They quoted a wonderful price Once the contract was signed they started immediately. We were fortunate and had great weather. They broke ground February 26th and 20 days later we were filling the pool with water. If it were warmer outside we would be swimming this weekend, less than a month from breaking ground. Each crew that showed up was friendly, efficient and pleasant to work with. Calls, text and emails were answered very promptly. Couldn't be happier.

When we were considering having a pool installed, we wanted to use a reputable company. After meeting with Brad, reading online reviews , and receiving Facebook feedback from the community we decided that Backyard Amenities would be the best option for us. The construction process was seamless. Construction started in mid-August. The pool was complete in approximately 21 days.

We had such a great experience working with Backyard Amenities as they built our new pool! It is gorgeous and very well made! My husband is quite picky, and he is very impressed! As a first time pool owner I’ve had a ton of questions, and Jody has always replied with patience and kindness and made it simple for me to understand! I can’t say enough good about the customer service from Jody and Brad! I highly recommend them, and with Covid taking away vacations we have our own spa pool now! 👍

We spoke with several "popular" pool companies in town. Trying to obtain final pricing was a pain. All of the options we wanted were add-ons and it became very expensive very fast. Brad came in, got a list of everything we wanted and gave us a price all within our budget, and it only took him a day or two. They were quick, easy to communicate with and the quality of our pool is exceptional. The flatwork is very well done too. We have had zero drainage issues or ponding with heavy rain. Awesome work. Brad and the team are honest, produce high quality and back up their work. Interviewed numerous pool companies but Brad's straight forward approach was refreshing. Guided ya to o let what we needed versus marketing the latest products. Three years later they are still there supporting our questions and any repairs needed. We have successfully recommended to at least 5 other families who have selected BYA.
