Family Owned & Operated since 1983 The Pool Company was started by Kurt Otten while he was still in high school. Since that time, Kurt became an Electrical Engineer and continued to run The Pool Company while working out at the NBL which is the deepest swimming pool in the country. In 2000, his wife Teresa began running the company full time.
During this time our children, their spouses and grandchildren have all participated in the business. Our motto is providing exceptional service to our customers while staying as affordable as possible. We pride ourselves on being available for our customers and making sure that our employees represent The Pool Company as an extension of our family.
All services are done on a weekly basis. Price includes standard chemicals of chlorine/salt and acid, any additional products needed or used will be billed separately. Service is billed in advance at the first of each month and there is no contract. There are no credits for missed service due to bad weather.
