We offer many services from weekly pool cleaning, equipment repair, new equipment installation, remodeling, pre-build consultation and pool school. We understand that your swimming pool is a big investment and we are here to help keep that investment beautiful and working properly.
Mirror Image Aquatics strives to keep your pool beautiful and the water balanced so the only thing you will have to do is enjoy it. All of our Cleaning Techs go through a thorough training program and have to pass all their certification exams before they will be allowed to work on your pool. Our Techs are only working with professional testing equipment, so we will always have a full water lab with us and we get exact results.
Mirror Image Aquatics can help you with all your remodeling needs no matter how big or small. We work with only insured sub contractors that we have done our own research on and assure you an excellent job. We will keep you fully informed during all stages of any work we do. This company is fantastic! They are so knowledgeable about pool & spa maintenance and repairs. Beyond that, they are simply good and caring, people. They’ve been caring for our pool for nearly a decade while we’ve been stationed out of state, and we can’t imagine trusting the pool with anyone else. The people at Mirror Image Aquatics are amazing! I went all over town looking for a part for my pool pump right before Memorial Day and was told it would be 2-3 weeks to get the part. Within hours of calling Mirror Image Aquatics, their tech arrived with the parts, had them installed and had my pool up and running again! I’ll never waste time working with any other company for my pool.

I was quoted a horribly high price and spent three weeks trying to communicate with them that the job was not that involved and to just charge me for the time it takes to do the job. I was even willing to pay a 2 hour minimum at 135 an hour even if it took them 30 minutes. They came back today with a 6 hour minimum. That was three weeks later after I did all of the footwork for them. Completely unfair and not customer oriented at all.

I got ripped off by my regular guy and Mirror Image aquatics saved the day. Troy came in and cleaned up the mess left behind by the previous person. He had my pump rewired and running in no time. The office staff were top notch, communication was great, and the pricing reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

These people are awesome. They came out right away and addressed our spa issue. Troy was thorough in pinpointing the issue and explaining to my husband what exactly needed done. He said it was a simple fix we could do ourselves and even waived the service fee. They are honest and reliable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pool or spa repairs.

These folks work hard and get the job done right. Their finished product is just gorgeous and no job is too big or too elaborate. The follow up care is great, and they go out of their way to put a smile on your face. Troy keeps the pace going strong in the field, and Olivia Ann takes no mess from suppliers, especially on custom jobs. You come first with them.
