Services
Vented gas logs are the best way to achieve an experience close to that of burning real wood. Realistic looking flames surround the edges of logs and ascend high into your firebox, just the way that wood burns naturally. They also create a more "yellow color", which resembles real burning wood more effectively than ventless gas logs.
Fireplace Creation is conveniently located just off Hwy 11 S at 220 Forlines Road, in Winterville, N.C. Fireplace Creation does not sell to the general public, unless you are a new construction homeowner. Please contact a local builder or contractor for questions about your specific fireplace needs.

We shopped for a non vented fireplace for our home in March 2019, but couldn’t install until Jan 2020. During the shopping experience, Gary was enthusiastic about our purchase. Once the crude opening was made, the installers brought a VENTED fireplace (not what we thought we ordered ) thus requiring cutting through the siding. THEN we were told they couldn’t hook it up b/c they weren’t allowed. Now the gas company has to come back(after they had already run the line) to connect two hoses that are millimeters apart. AND THEN we were told we would have to schedule a third appointment to have

Great small company to work with...they have been easy to work with. I thought one of my guys had thrown out the face plate for the fireplace we purchased. Contacted Fireplace Creations and they informed me they had one in stock. I drove to pick up and they did not charge me for it. It saved the budget on my job! they also informed me that they would schedule a time with my customer to light the pilot for them (all the way in Jacksonville). That is service!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT FIREPLACE CREATIONS IN WINTERVILLE! We are on the hunt for a wood burning fireplace insert. There are very few choices so we went to the only one around...Fireplace Creations. First of all, they don't have a store/showroom. We walked in to a couple of offices feeling like we were somewhere we shouldn't be. Apparently there are no salespeople??? The owner was at a job site and only the secretary was there and couldn't help at all. So we ran other errands around town (we live in Macclesfield so it's a bit of a drive) and stopped back by when we were done. Theowner, Gary
