I needed a a grate, screen, and tools to complete our masonry fireplace. We've waited for months because we were busy decorating our house since our move a few months ago. Gentleman at sales floor must of thought I had no money and straight told me he couldnt help me. As a business owner that I am, I would have fired him or have found out why he couldn't help a customer. Theres never no reason why you cant help anyone.

Very impressed. Great showroom and they will help you pick out the right logs for your fireplace. They have gas and electric plus all the bling to make your fireplace shine. We bought our gas log set from the San Bernardino Fireplace. I went there because I wanted to support a local small business, and I wasn't disappointed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure we knew about the AQMD rebate program. The installer was very professional, and walked me through how to light the new gas fireplace burner. They also sell pellet stoves, ventless systems, and even BBQ grills and accessories (if you need Weber parts, go there). I recommend this shop highly!

Long term customer, tech from SB fireplace diagnosed a problem with my fireplace insert Prior to Thanksgiving 2020. Told I would receive a phone call within 3 days ,No call 4 weeks later I called , Return message apologizing would call be back with update from Sue. Week later now Dec 4th negative updates on repair status. I have referred many people to this business over the years, hate to give a bad review. I can live with a Covid delayed part not arriving , phone call would be a nice gesture.

Terrible service and WAY overpriced! MONTHS of runaround, total waste of time.

They charged $250 to diagnose the problem with our gas fireplace, $350 for the new part (thankfully we didn't end up buying it from them), and $150 for installation. After waiting a MONTH for the part to arrive and the installation, they canceled on us the day before. We had to take time off work for that, which we explained to them was a huge inconvenience, but they didn't care. Then we rescheduled for 3 weeks later and they canceled at 4pm the day before AGAIN.

Wow what a beautiful job they did on my fireplace surround and gas log set! They came out and measured and then the COVID closure happened. Well, just as promised they called when our glass doors were ready. They came out and installed and everything looks beautiful and works great! They are professional! They are on time for appointments! I highly recommend San Bernardino Fireplace!

We purchased our Regency insert from them in 2008. As much as we absolutely loved it in our big bear cabin, as our only source of heat for 12 years and some 35 cords of wood the glass in the door finally cracked yesterday. They had it in stock at 25% less than what the Regency company sells them. Plus a broken baffle we had for a few months was no problem as it was in stock and under warranty (no charge). They stand by their products. Highly recommend.

If I could give a negative star I would. NEVER do business with these people. They have horrible customer service and really DO NOT care what- so-ever about their poor service. They do not follow up on projects and do not communicate to the customer. I had (what I thought) put an order in for fireplace doors. When they came out, I specifically told them I wanted to order them.
Four weeks later I called to find out the status of the order only to find out they were never ordered. If they needed information from me to proceed with the order, why was there no communication about that??? They are

I love this place! My experience was great from the very start. We went in to shop for a new insert for our home. We had an old model that was not efficient. We spoke with Jon and in our conversation he mentioned that shortly the floor models would go on sale, which was a savings of $550.00 on the model we liked. We returned a little over a month later and the sale was on so John set us up to have Doug who is an installer that the store uses. Doug was awesome in his knowledge. He came out looked over the fireplace and measured for the lining of the chimney. He called less then a week later and

Original custom order color (delivered) didn't match the sample. SB Fireplace worked with us and replaced and reinstalled at no additional charge. I consider that EXCELLENT customer service!

I called San Bernardino Fireplace for help and a service call for my fireplace which had not been used for several years. It was a wood burning fireplace that had been converted to gas log by a local contractor. Sue scheduled me and technician Phil showed right on time to assist. Turns out the contractor's installation was out of code and the fire pan had been installed backwards! It took another appointment to accomplish a proper and safe installation of the gas log set, but I could not be happier! Thank you ever so much San Bernardino Fireplace and Phil.

I cannot express how much I appreciate this business! Everyone who works there is so patient and knowledgeable. They are really exceptional and do fantastic work! I love my fireplace insert! It looks beautiful and I'm finally not cold in my cabin! I really don't have to use my heater much at all, and the wood logs lasts so much longer! And the prices are excellent; way less than the nearest competitor. I highly recommend!

Don't go anywhere else! I went here to get a gas log burning set for my fireplace yesterday. They have a nice showroom and are soo helpful. Jon Hartman walked me through different vented gas fire logs sets and even saved me $$$ by showing I can install it myself. I went to some crappy fireplace store in Hemet last year **don't go there they are rude and mean**and left and went without a fireplace for a whole year and finally got mine up and running today!! Soo Happy it's going to be a great winter now that I went to San Bernardino Fireplace!!! Talk to Jon Hartman he is wonderful

Needed to replace a gas fireplace fan speed controller. Took a little work researching the part but they had it and was $7.00 cheaper than any internet price i found the night before. At the bottom of the mountian near the Hwy 330, it was simple to pick it up and head back up the mountain.
Lots of nice fireplace inserts and stand alone old cast iron type furnaces too. Enjoyed conversation and a couple good laughs with the store employees and owners. Great place and going back soon for more things for the fireplace.

So glad we went with San Bernardino Fireplace for our insert. We had a couple of estimates and they came out on top with both value and installation. One company stated we would have the insert raised out on to our rock surround. Ours looks like the rock were put in after the insert. Beautiful !!!

I had my chimney swept first by the San Bernardino Fireplace Store and thanks to the very helpful group at the Fireplace Store, I had the the logs installed in less than 3 weeks. They even helped me with the South Coast AQMD voucher, all during the Christmas holiday. I am so happy with my new fireplace logs, Even my kitty enjoys laying by the fire. The service I recieved from the ladies was fine. After I bought my stove, however, the service I recieved from the men was awful. They were so rude.
I had questions about installation. The guy actually sighed on the phone like I was bothering him. He also just hung up without saying goodbye or anything. After spending so much with this company. you'd think they could be a little pleasent. I wouldnt go back if I didnt have to. They need a wake-up call. They wouldnt even give us any kind of bargain after buying a stove and a BBQ. Other stores will throw in
