Ed Campbell came to give us an estimate for a new roof. When we told him we were planning ahead and were not going to make a decision today, he respected that and still continued on with the appointment anyway. We’ve had MANY other companies out recently and as soon as they realized they weren’t going to get a sale immediately- they’ve either stopped the appointment or left. Ed was honest, informative, and respectful. We felt like he was treating our home as if it was his own and really appreciated all the information he gave us. Very disappointed, scheduled a estimate and sent pics to person coming out. He stated they charge a minimum of $1500 for a simple fix due to being a large company.
Suggested me just caulking the flashing on edge of shingles. It had been cauked by last person that poorly installed it. Called another company, came out a quoted me $200 to fix flashing on both side of porch roof due to flashing not being installed all the way to roof line.
Always remeber to get multiple quotes, and go off recommendations from freinds.

Run away.. con artists.. especially Ed.. there is Always more work needed than the original bid at adfition costs! When you talk the employees doung the work its never as bad as you are told. Dont expect them to stand by their work either.. if you have an issue it is because you didnt buy x, buy hey for more money they will fix it..
Dont patronize this company.. paid $12000 for a new small roof that leaks and when I asked for them to fix the leak the owner of the company said I was just trying to get something free ha..

In April, Ian from Valley Exteriors came to chat about redoing the siding and windows on our home. He was professional, patient, and a wealth of knowledge in ever conversation we had. We had a quote within a week, and it was as close as you could get to the equity in our home, so we decided to work on financing. Valley Exteriors was understanding of the time frame especially with the pandemic, and everything happening. This company is very professional and show their concerns that your needs are met. They took over when we fired another contractor who was not truthful with us. They made sure we had the right product for our home and offered recommendations to enhance the face of our home. Very professional, creative. and responsive to our requests. Ian was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and patient and took care of all of my questions and concerns. He was very flexible and helpful during our decision making process. Competitive pricing, but they were willing to price match a competitor.
Install went well, although I found a few items after install that I asked they fix, and I've noticed a few minor details that I've had to take care of myself.
Regardless, I'm still happy with the end result and would recommend Valley Exteriors for your exterior work.
