They installed a fan in my attic because they said I had a ventilation problem. I can't even run the fan because it puts my house at a negative pressure which is causing boiler exhaust to dump into the basement and it sets off the CO detector. They said they would come to take out the fan for me but they have scheduled three different appointments and have not shown up for any of them. They will not return my calls and I even had them hang up on me when calling. Do not use with this company it will be nothing but a big headache. I give them zero stars.

This is the second job Brennan-Fraser has done for me. Both jobs were done quickly and very competently. My area had bad storms several weeks ago, and ALL the roofing companies are going crazy with work. BF has staff working overtime, 6 days a week, but managed to fit me in when others couldn't even get back to me.
The work was done carefully, and I can't tell where the new shingles were placed. They wrangled the old rain skirts off, and the new ones look great. They did some extra cosmetic work that I asked about, too!

Called them this summer to replace siding fascia that had blown off. They did the original siding job on our house. They said they would take care of it. Made multiple calls over months and they kept assuring me, don't worry, we'll fix it, we won't forget about you. Well, it's December, the snow is falling, and nobody from Brennan Fraser has shown up.

Wow! I'm only leaving a one star review because there isn't an option for a lower review. I scheduled an estimate. The estimator didn't show up. I called back to find out what happened. The person answering told me she just takes messages and doesn't have anything to do with whether someone shows up or not. I guess they have so much business they don't have to take care of prospective customers. Good luck.

My experience with Brennan-Fraser has been a complete nightmare. They are replacing my siding on a 2 story house. They started working on my home on April 29th of 2013, today is May 22, 2013 and the house is only half completed. I have called the company and talked to Bill and Brian several times with little to no effect on getting the work done. I have called twice just about picking up the nails left in my driveway. The people putting on the siding spend about 4 hours actually working on the house a day and the rest of the time talking on the phone. They have been caught going to the bathroom
