He has an Aerospace Engineering background and has experience fixing everything from industrial manufacturing equipment, robotics, and flight simulators to electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, not to mention all things automotive.My experience has been if Rod can't fix it, you need a new one.

We can provide in-home repair for your convenience. We understand the value of your appliance and will not make you live without them one second longer than you have to. For your peace of mind, we provide 30-day service guarantees (no charge for recall visits) and 90 Day part warranties (12 months with certain manufacturers).

Pro Appliance is great. Reasonable prices, courteous, keeps in contact about appointments and parts. They worked on my 17 year old Maytag refrigerator giving it more life. Will be using them again.

Very nice, considerate man, explain what he thought the Problem was what he was going to do to fix it, about how long it was gonna take,Proceeded to fix it.
When he was done explain to me why it had acted up what probably caused it and if I had any problems what I could do my guarantee for my 30 days and how I could give him a call anytime very nice considering coming into my home would definitely call them again and recommend them. Thank you for your great service appreciate all they had done for me,freezer is working great!!!

We own a GE Profile dual fuel range bought in 2011. The computer started acting wonky so we called in a repair person who diagnosed a failing computer and ordered a part. He returned a month later with the part but for some reason, he could not install it. He asked me to call someone else to finish the job!! I called Sears Appliance but they refused to come out as they didn't want to be held responsible for such a situation in case the stove was now broken. Someone on Next-door recommended PRO APPLIANCE (ROD) so I made an appointment with them to finish the installation of this incomplete stove
