Very friendly & professional and not just prompt but he (KEN) called to come a few hrs ealier!! I needed an upstairs Lg. bedroom, hall & stairs carpet cleaned asap due to Mom moving in there in just a few days!! I DO highly recommend this professional business, he did such a great job & fast!! I will be having him out again as soon as I can clean my son's J&Jill rooms!!! Ughhhh..... good luck w/that Ken!! Lol!

I'm really impressed with Ken from Pro-Cleaners and the fine quality work he did yesterday. He was prompt and professional, checked the material on every piece of furniture I was asking him to clean, and he talked to me about the pieces' history to make sure that he was treating the material in a way that wouldn't damage it. He was upfront about the pricing, and there were no "surprise" costs, which sometimes happens with other vendors. I feel like we really got our money's worth since he did such a meticulous job on everything.

KEN is so thorough and professional! He’s the only guy I call when it comes to cleaning carpets. I have a dog and I need to have my carpets cleaned on the regular.
Ken pretreats all areas to be cleaned. While he’s cleaning, he’s careful to extract all of the water that goes into the carpets. Not only are the carpets pristine clean, they dry in very little time!
So much better than commercial carpet cleaners. And I think it’s important to support our small businesses.

First of all, just comparing prices for carpet cleaning in my area is scary especially when you need the stairs done. This was a very fair price for the work and the pricing was clearly understood beforehand. The owner was very communicative and quickly responded to my questions. I very much appreciated that I never had to make a phone call! Pro-Cleaners has a lot of technology set up to communicate and actually uses it! I was totally comfortable with Pro-Cleaners being in my home and will use them again in the future. Very good, very friendly service.

Super fast response and very professional work. Good pricing also. I had my whole house carpet cleaned. And I bought the Scotchguard option. Which they include a one year spot and spill warranty on. Thank goodness Did, because 6 months later a bottle of red dye scented oil spilled all over the carpet. They came next day and completely got it out! Great company, totally recommended!
