They came out to inspect my system that had frost. They diagnosed the multiple problems I had and were able to answer all my question no matter how obscure. After getting estimates from multiple companies, I went with Hayden due to price and their ability to answer all my questions. They made me feel most comfortable with my choice. They installed my unit a week later and I am super happy with how the system is working.

I've hired Hayden a few times now, at first for a non-working AC unit in July with 100 degree temperatures and a newborn at home, to which they responded as quickly as possible. They are responsive, thorough, reasonably priced and attentive. I now have a service contract with them and would highly recommend them to others.
