They were super responsive to come out for a diagnostic on our gas furnace. The tech was very nice and the diagnostic fee was reasonable. However the tech told me a part that was broken, the office reached out with a quote only to replace our entire unit at an astronomically high price. All equipment costs were $8000 and they wanted to charge $19,000 for parts and labor. On our own we discovered that it was a broken part but not the one the tech said, and for $115 we now have a working furnace

Anthony and Dennis arrived on time and went right to work. They replaced both the furnace and AC unit in a few hours with little noise and no mess. Everything was thoroughly tested and inspected before they left. Great service.

Triple E has been helpful, friendly, and professional every time we have had to contact them. They installed a new HVAC system for us over the summer and provided great service, including helping us with rebates. In addition, they included service for our new system as part of the installation. When Triple E came to provide its quarterly service, the tech discovered that the heat system had not been installed with the new system as it had been out of stock in the summer, and they sent a tech out a week later to install the heat system with no additional charge. Triple E is staffed with nice people

The annual club membership for $159 is worth it. This has been a Godsend when parts break and I need immediate service. Often repairs are covered and I get a discount on parts due to the club membership. The technicians and administrative staff are hardworking, courteous, and effective.

A/C wasn’t working. Called Triple E and was on hold for a few minutes waiting to be connected to their call center. Was told that a technician was working and he would call me back. Mario called about 30 minutes later and explained there would be an emergency service call fee, and I could wait schedule service for regular business hours. I was pretty certain that a capacitor had blown and it was HOT in the house so I asked him to come out ASAP. Our AC stopped working last night, and we called this morning to make an appointment. Troy came to fix our AC only a few hours later. The repair was thorough, effective and affordable. He even helped put boxes back in the attic after accessing the unit up stairs. This is the second time we’ve used Triple E, and we will never go anywhere else.

Needed an entire new A/C and Furnace. They were very professional through the he whole process. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Removed and installed all new equipment and were in and out in 5 hours. Quality work at a great price. Extremely neat and professional. Always had a great experience with this local company.
