Don’t do it! The guy came out said he could fix it very confidently and after he was done it felt the exact same, he came back out and said it couldn’t be fixed, yet another company said they could so with this company refusing to really fix it without paying more money we went with the other company and they actually fixed it. So do your self a favor and save your self a headache and your money and call Du-west

First off let me say I don't usually write reviews and most people that have good experiences rarely take the time. But as a business owner I feel obligated to recognize a great company with integrity and great customer service. My wife and I are buying a home and had Jay come out and inspect it prior to closing. We had usual cracks in exterior and a few things here and there, nothing major. Jay was very thorough and took the time to walk my wife through what he was observing and explained some pro tips on what to look for in the future. We didn't have any issues which we were pleased to hear.

We worked with Eric Herrera to make a foundation repair on our new house this summer. From day one he was a total professional. He was very detailed with his analysis and never tried to oversell us on repairs. For scheduling, he was extremely flexible with us as we had to change dates 3 different times. Beware before using this firm. I wish I had heeded the multiple reviews of bad experiences and poor workmanship and encourage future customers to do their homework. A foundation repair ended up costing me thousands of dollars on top of the work they performed in order to fix the work and resulting effects.

Part of the negotiation and agreement to purchase our first home last August was that problematic foundation issues would be resolved via the company MBRGFR.com Foundation Repair. In less than a 6-month time frame from the completion of their "repair", issues are still not resolved and our "lifetime warranty" covers NONE of the work needed to resolve issues. Our house is in worse shape that it was prior to MBRGFR's work.
If you're a realtor we urge against recommending this company to clients or working with this company in ANY scope. They make your company look disreputable

Honest and trustworthy! I am so thankful for MBR Foundation. When I first noticed I might be having foundation issues, I called several foundation companies. All but MBR wanted to replace all my piers. The rep from MBR suggested I take the next six months to manage the moisture in my soil to see if things might improve. The rep also spent a… considerable amount of time explaining to me the ins and outs of caring for a foundation in the Texas heat and soil type in my area. 6 months later they came back out and sure enough, there was significant improvement and no foundation work was needed

As a first time homebuyer, it was kind of daunting to hear about foundation issues but Eric Herrera did my inspection and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. He made sure I was scheduled as soon as possible, was very explanatory and answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend asking for him!!! The actual day of repair went smoothly. Masks were worn and shoes were taken off when someone entered the house. They once again were very informative and cleaned up everything. They even moved my garden trimmings to the road for me. I was introduced to MBRGFR when selling my home. It needed some foundation work done and Eric stopped by to take a look. We got a fair price on the service so when I found a rental property I have needed foundation repair, I invited Eric for a quote.
The quote was reasonable and had them out within a couple of days to fix the foundation. It was nice seeing the big cracks being reduced to a fine lines down the wall.

Do your homework: if we had done ours, we would have never hired MBRGFR for the minor foundation repair work on our house. The experience has been expensive and ongoing: MBRGFR failed to get the required… permits from the City of Dallas for the work that was done; broke our water main (and charged us for their affiliate with a different name to repair it); and caused damage and disarray. They have refused to work with us on these issues, so we had to resort to hiring an attorney.

After initially posting a bad review I have changed it due to the quick response from the company to correct the problem. Lance at MBRGFR contacted me to find out what had transpired to merit such a poor review, I explained the circumstances and he immediately had crews come out and adjust the foundation. Everyone I dealt with has been extremely helpful and considerate. I would highly recommend MBRGFR to anyone in need of foundation work.

We recently bought a home which needed some foundation repairs prior to the purchase. MBRGFR was able to adjust their schedule and make the necessary repairs before our closing. Several weeks later I had some questions regarding the repairs and spoke to Lance. I was relieved when Lance called me back. I have never used them to complete work. My rating is based solely on responsiveness. I appreciate being contacted after I posted my review, despite it being years after I contacted them and weeks after my last attempt. I appreciate the time spent with me reviewing the prior work and repair recommendations. Despite the fact that they completed initial work, the warranty was voided because the prior owners used a different company on a different part of the house a few years after MBR-I wonder why? Unfortunately, the negative reviews I've read regarding MBR's business practices are accurate. We purchased a property which was under an MBR warranty for it's foundation and needed repair. After reading up on MBR and many of their unfavorable reviews I was anticipating a struggle for them to honor their warranty. We were quoted 5,000 for the warranty repair estimate (not surprised they turned a warranty call into a profit job) and after some negotiation on what the estimate included the amount was reduced to 3200. Once we signed their repair estimate they asked for 1/2 payment

HAPPY UPDATE! Leak Squad came out and fixed the electrical wiring they had cut when putting in the cleanouts. Would have been great customer service had I not had to badger them about it but, final outcome is that they did fix their mistake.
Needed to have two cleanouts installed for the plumbing system. They dug the hole in the front yard, next to the house to accomplish this. This week we discovered they had cut the electrical wire for one station of the sprinkler system. I contacted them to see how they wanted to handle the repair. If anyone needs a foundation company, I would suggest this one and ask for Doug Rushing b/c he's the one who came out and did my inpsection. He just came to my house for a Free inspection and estimate for possible repairs and told me I didn't need to do Anything, just cosmetic work if I wanted to....and this is right after another company came out and told me I needed $8,000 of repairs yesterday!! Unbelievable. Just wanted to give this honest human being some love.
