Mike and his foreman Jose are caring individuals who went the extra mile for us and doing an outstanding job. i got 4 estimates but after talking to Mike and him showing me exactly what needed to be done and why we went with PK. pricing was competitive and he has one of the hardest working crews I've seen. Pier King did a fantastic job on my foundation repair. It was somewhat of a difficult lift as my foundation was not failing in a typical way. Everything is now back in place and closed up. I had an inch gap between my brick wall and side of garage door and it is completely back in place like new. I had a crack in my bathroom floor that was not only separated but also lifted on one side. The crack is now closed and level.
