I asked to have a burner fixed. Instead I got a 100 dollar bill for a guy to rebuild the entire oven. Scam for 100 probably 90 percent of the time.
YouTube or apply their fee to a new unit.
Took a week for this and they are a rip off. I should have known when you change people to walk in, you are doing something wrong!

We called JS Appliance regarding problems we were having with our old Kitchen Aid microwave/oven combo. My husband called and they gave us an appointment the same day. The technician called and gave us a time frame as to when he would be coming. He also called us when he was on his way. The technician, Bruce, was excellent with a wonderful personality. It was obvious that he had a great deal of experience and he was able to pinpoint the problem quickly. He explained that he had to order some relays for the control panel and he showed us where 4 of the relays had burned out. He gave us the option
