It is set up beautifully in a way that resembles a garden, music included! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I visit frequently for the ambiance and always end up leaving with multiple new plant babies. Such a fantastic range of plants that are well organized with a good range of garden accessories.
The plants are excellent with items that are the best available, not just the average stuff offered at other garden centers. You need to get in early for your plants as this place is really popular. I recently moved to the area and was recommended by my neighbor to visit Williams Magical Garden Center as 'THE' place to go to for plants.

My favorite nursery in Naples! I’ve visited numerous times over the years and always had a positive experience. The building has been beautifully remodeled, and walking around the outdoor section does feel like a magical garden. They have a nice selection of pots of various sizes and cute accessories. The staff is friendly and professional, every time I’ve purchased plants and/or pottery there they have put them in my car for me, and are always knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone!

Not friendly at all. Purchased numerous plants and walked each to the front as I continued to shop. Spent a good 30-40 minutes there and not one worker said Hi, asked if I needed help with anything (watching me carrying heavy pots closer to the front). As I made my way to checkout (plants I was purchasing were all on the floor near the register), the woman behind the desk said something to the girl working there and she then asked me if the plants in my trunk (I popped it open to load new plants after paying), were theirs! I simply said No, they are from another nursery.

By far the most beautiful and well kept plants anywhere! Every plant is meticulously cared for, as opposed to just lumped all in the sun and drenched like at OTHER stores. You can be absolutely positive you are getting high quality.
A lot of rare abs hard to find gems are among the collection. And any that aren’t, likely can be found! Just ask Cheryl and she will give you the straight truth about obtaining your wish list goody.
The staff are knowledgeable and the kindest bunch of folks around. No question is bothersome, and everyone genuinely enjoys working here.

Williams Magical Gardens completed a landscaping project for us. Greg was so easy to work with, responsive with changes, on the job site frequently checking that everything was done. Workers were delightful and paid attention to details, answered our questions. So pleased with the project. They came when they said, plants were all good quality, the design turned out just like I wanted. Recommend them without any reservations

Back in Nov of 2018, We contracted with Dana to landscape our yard, adding a new sprinkler system, new sod, plants, pavers, two Tiki Umbrellas and a waterfall pond. The waterfall was not what I expected that Dana and I agreed but Tom had taken over our project and built his version of a waterfall. We were willing to accept it after several issues were resolved. But I was never happy with the quality of the Tiki Umbrellas - nothing authentic about it except the poles. The Tiki covering they installed was a manufactured piece of material that hang too low.
