We cannot be happier with the quartz we chose for our kitchen countertops! Vanessa Gould was so helpful with her suggestions regarding color, price, and brands. Once we chose the quartz, we received estimates from two other companies for the exact same product. Both were more than $1,000.00 greater than the quote from Elevations by Standard Kitchens. Vanessa kept us informed of our installation date and time, and the three installers did such a professional job. It is impossible to find the seam. We are thrilled with our counters, and highly recommend Elevations by Standard Kitchens.

Terrible customer service. Was not greeted when we walked in and walked around. When we finally got the attention of one of the ladies working there she acted as if we were interrupting her.
She finally "helped " us and told us she would have a quote for our countertops within a few days and three weeks later still have not recieved the quote. Also not responding to emails enquiring about the quote.
Would not recommend this place at all.

When I accidently broke a drawer, Warren made the time to come out and fix it the next day. Not only was he prompt and friendly, he took the time to show me what happened and how to take care of it if it occurs again. Although I expected to pay, he did not charge because there were no parts needed. This was in spite of the cabinets being more than a year old. VERY GRATEFUL!

I ordered a custom hickory kitchen countertop, using the store sample as a reference. When the counter arrived, it did not at all resemble the sample and actually clashed with other design features that had already been installed in my kitchen.
Initially, I was told that my only option was to purchase a new countertop since natural products can vary; however, Kaitlin from Standard sent comparison photos to the manufacturer and was able to work out a rebuild for my counter. Even though the rebuild delayed the completion of my kitchen, the new counter is really beautiful and was worth the wait.

Disappointed, I've heard plenty of good things about the company. I however have had nothing but a cold shoulder from them. When I first arrived the individual who helped us gave us the impression we were interrupting her work and made us feel as an inconvenience. After finally going through what we liked & the different options for the styles we were considering & emailing a print we heard nothing back.
