We used Starlite Kitchens for a kitchen and bath remodel. We are 100% pleased with every single step of the process, from meeting with Pam and Julie to help with design and selection of materials, to each and every person who worked at our home. Jeremy was our project coordinator and he is fabulous! He kept us updated daily, was courteous and personable. Todd worked as our carpenter and man, did he do a great job! Details that we didn’t even think about, Jeremy and Todd were on top of them. Each contractor was timely, considerate about working in a home with a family (and dogs) and cleaned up

If I could give this place 10 STARS I would!!! I was almost in tears trying to pick out shingles for our new house. I tried online visualizers, looking at houses. Nothing was quite right. I went in to Wimsatt on 28th street, and they had everything there to see in a FABULOUS showroom. I talked to Kelly and she was VERY knowledgeable and helped me pick out a shingle color in 20 MINUTES!!! Best experience EVER!

I am very happy with the service I recieved from Starlite Kitchens. Jason and his crew which includes the plumber that installed my counter tops were very professional. They were always on time and called on their way to let my know when they would arrive. Jason followed up when the job was finished to make sure it was to my liking.

We are doing a re-model on our home and building a new kitchen and master bath, tried walk in to their store to get a quote and was greeted at the door by a lady that told me they do not allow walk ins, go online and make an app. No thanks! Not how I do things. I guess If you are that scared of this "pandemic" stay home. Just wanted to let Starlight know they missed out on $35,000 job that will be given to their competitor down the road at West Michigan Kitchen Studio who 2 days ago welcomed me and got me the quote I asked for within 24 hours.

Starlite Kitchens has been my source for kitchen and baths for many years. There's a reason I continue to go back time and time again. Terrible Customer Service.
My wife and I visited Starlite on a Saturday and spent about an hour working with a Sales Representative. We were looking to replace all of our existing countertops. We selected the material and we had estimated the square footage. We were told that someone would get back to us with a quote within the next few days. No one ever contacted us. Four days later I called to speak with the Sales Rep and inquired about the status of my quote. They took my information and no one ever contacted us. Needless to say we decided to go with The Home Depot. We purchased the exact same

We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and bath. We went with Starlite kitchens because we wanted
Something unique and with lots of character. I wanted to mix painted cabinets with a natural wood cabinets. The staff there was so helpful and were so willing to work with me on my ideas.
The kitchen turned out absolutely amazing. We get so many compliments!!

Designing our home meant finding the right people who could help us create and implement our design which can be difficult in this area. Our builder suggested that we meet Ruth Westra early in the design phase since our design was very specific and would require more than one design meeting. Ruth invited us to come in with our own sketches, ideas, and layouts which in turn she was able to work with Pioneer Cabinet line and create the cabinets of our dreams. Each meeting, Ruth welcomed us with a warm smile, she had lots of ideas, embraced our design, and was excited to work on a contemporary design

I love the showroom. We haven't shopped for Kitchen Cabinets in a long time and the new features are wonderful. It really helped to actually see and operate the different styles of drawers and cupboards. They are south of Grand Rapids just off 131 which made it really easy to drive to.
