I called the company who I had never used before. The young man that came out to my home was professional and yet personable. I showed him the issue and he replaced the part immediately. He was in and out and never made a mess of any kind. In fact, I will be using them for all future plumbing needs. What a nice surprise to have the job down efficiently and with no mishaps.

Tyler was awesome! It was after hours and our drain backed up in our kitchen sink and garage. He came out, climbed on the roof and unclogged the drain in less than an hour. Thank you, Tyler! I see all of the five star reviews and would've love nothing more to have had that same outcome. Zero communication and lack of attention to detail. I'm not a fan of negative reviews but I wouldn't recommend this company.

Turner Plumbing did a repipe for us. They worked us into the schedule because we had a slab leak. We had a few other issues as well that they were able to repair for us while on site. We will definitely use them again in the future!
