Josh has installed two Air conditioners and reworked the ductwork in my house. He and his team are very professional and really know what they are doing. They never take short cuts. They have also installed air conditioners in my sister and brother’s homes. Josh and his team can be counted on for a great install.

Josh has serviced our system for a while now and with our system being over 15 years old, we were due for a replacement. He presented a gift to us we could not pass up and we are grateful for being thought of for the opportunity. So now that our condo AC unit had leaking/condensation problems, we immediately call JL Finley. Even though we’re in the middle of a heat wave, Josh came over right away. He quickly found out what was wrong. Not only did he fix the complex issue

Their price was incredibly competitive, and they were able to have a new AC installed within a couple days of mine going out! Definitely a lifesaver! I would like to recommend JL Finley Construction to you, if you’re looking for a competent Air Conditioner installer. We had multiple issues with water leaking, a clogged condensation drain , and an old AC unit that needed to be replaced. Josh and Peter did an excellent job getting the unit we needed, fixing all the issues and, getting it installed quickly.

Josh and his team did a fantastic job with the installation of my new HVAC unit. Upon removing the existing dated HVAC, mold was detected. Josh quickly enacted a precise and timely Plan to mitigate the issue and ensure this project was completed with the utmost integrity and professionalism. Josh pulled, simply said, magic out of a hat to mitigate the major mold issue. He pulled crew from other job sites to ensure my project was handled as a top priority, swiftly and properly. First to answer on the 4th of July. The technician showed up quickly and found my 20 year old Trane had a cracked drip pan. I was getting water dripping behind the wall at the thermostat. He offered to fix it for $100 on top of the $125 service call. Well he fixed it, but did not charge the extra $100 because he did not think it would hold. Good people are somewhat rare. It's still holding. I don't know the full extent of the capabilities, but for AC I am impressed.

In this day and age with all of the companies that will not take responsibility for misdeeds it was refreshing to be able to interact with a company that handles issues with genuine respect and humility. This morning, while driving to work, a J L Finley truck drove into my lane from a crossroad and forced me to have to rapidly decelerate in order to avoid a collision. In fairness, the traffic as heavy and the curve in the road makes it tricky to turn onto the street quickly and there is really not much of a center lane in that section.

So happy a friend recommended JL Finley to help when my AC stopped working! With summer approaching I panicked when I couldn't get the ac to trigger back on. I decided to call because I liked that it was a local veteran owned company. Had no idea the amazing service I was about to receive!
