First time using this company. Demolition crew was top notch!
Armando and his assistant Alex, and co-worker Fernando were the best you could ask for. Professional, personable, very informative and very respectful of our home during this process. Most definitely impressed with P.J. Hussey at this point in the remodel.

I acquired a 7 unit rental property in Phoenix and engaged PJ Hussey to manage it. They've done a fantastic job. Ellacia is deeply knowledgeable about best practices; Patti is a thoughtful and helpful leader. They had to deal with some very difficult tenants including willful holdover. They always did so ethically, in full compliance with the law, thoughtfully, and per best practices. They have been balanced driving repairs to achieve market rents and raise pro-forma income substantially over 6 years by moving the formerly rundown property to good quality and very reliable operation across appliances, windows/doors, HVAC, cabinetry, floors, etc. I recommend them without hesitation and would certainly have them manage any of my properties any time.
