There’s so many things that I loved about our experience with Spokane Pro Pest:
First, I chose them because they are local to Spokane. It’s important to me to support local businesses.
Second, they were quick to respond and get us on our schedule. We are moving into our new home and wanted to have it sprayed before moving our stuff in. They worked around our schedule and came quickly to work!
Third, they were punctual. Kevin was kind and let us know via text that he was arriving. They stuck to their time frame that they were coming and were great with communication.

We moved into our home a little over three years ago and there were wasp nests in our eaves, under our porch roof and close to 100 in our shed.
I remembered seeing little signs everywhere that said something like "WASPS? call this number". So I called them and they eradicated all the nests in the shed and sprayed the exterior of our house. Then we got on a schedule of service 4 times a year. Not only do we not have any nests on our property but we have never had any creepy crawlies in our home.
This company is professional, thorough and always offers to come back if there is a need.

Being new to the area and getting frustrated calling many companies that either did not call me back or said they were too busy. This company did all of it. I especially like the email updates of when they were available. They are not sales pushy in any way. Kevin did a super job, love the professional attitude. I will be using them again.

Kevin and Karen are an amazing team. Very responsive and thorough. Moving into a new build where there is a lot of excavation and creepy critters finding new homes as well, Kevin did an outstanding job as I have not seen anything after his visit.
Unlike larger pest control companies who push the hard sell maintenance schedule, Kevin did not at all but still led me to request a quarterly visit. Even better is that the 4x a year visit does not fall into winter when insects are less of a problem but scheduled every 8-9 weeks through the warmer climate months to keep the bugs at bay.

Very responsive and attentive to issues around the outside of the the house. Kevin was highly knowledgeable and made some great observations and recommendations. I would highly recommend their service and will be using them again. They are not a high pressure company but once you use the service you will be impressed with their quality.

We had them come and spray for spiders and ants. We were seeing multiple spiders a day and had quite a few ants. Since they sprayed I have not seen a single spider or ant. I especially appreciated how professional and kind both Kevin and Karen were, and the price was so reasonable compared to other companies I looked into. We are signing up for the regular annual service because we were so happy with what they have done for us so far.

Spokane Pest Pro is the best!!! Kevin and Karen are great! They are extremely responsive, thorough, and explain everything with lots of detail. I appreciate Kevin coming to my house and helping to control my mice problem - I think my issue was bigger than I thought but I feel reassured that the mice will get under control quickly. Kevin and Karen are incredibly thorough professional honest and kind. I feel much better after their treatment and I am so happy to support their small local business, which provides better people (I like the term people better than customer) service than the big companies like Western Exterminator. They're worth every penny and it sounds like everyone else in Spokane knows their worth too. I'm grateful they made the time to come out because they stay pretty busy. I had some issues with pests in my new-to-me home. I promised myself I would not sign up with an automatic service option after having a bad experience once -- I ended up agreeing to quarterly visits by SPP because they completely know what they are doing. In one day, the evidence of success is amazing (and gross) -- lots of little earwigs and millipedes who were living rent free are now life-free. Karen and Kevin were great too -- communication was easy, mostly via text which I appreciate too.
