The establishment in Allentown where we purchased our hot tub is out of business. So we stopped here sometime in mid-June to inquire and we were given a form to fill out with all the particulars. This was just to obtain an estimate. Three or four weeks went by and we heard nothing. I sent an email on July 9. A couple days later, I left a phone message. We have not been contacted after submitting a form, an email, and a phone message. It appears this company will only help established customers.

Kasper's is my go-to place for pool supplies. They are usually very friendly and try to help with any issue you might have with your pool. The water testing service is great and I try and give them my business as much as possible. Is it the cheapest place when compared to ordering things online? No, but I still try and buy most of my pool supplies here in order to support the local business. I also switched over to a Hayward pool pump since they stock all the parts for service. I tried a cheap off-brand pool pump and it lasted a season and a half - no more. The only issue I had this year was with

Need to work on the customer service skills of their employees. Didn’t feel welcome at all. Young gentleman was very short with me when I came to pick up my online order. It was my first time purchasing something from this store so I wasn’t sure how things worked there. The employee acted like I should have known where everything was and appeared to be annoyed that I didn’t.

Never owned a pool so i had no clue what i was doing (or what i was getting myself into). With the help of an awesome knowledgeable crew my pool is always at a perfect chemistry & crystal clear. I bring my water in, they test it & if its off they tell me what i need & how to add. They even tought me how to open & close my pool saving me $600 a season. I love these guys. They stock all the chemicals you'd need & a full line of parts for your pump, filter & heater & then some. They fully assist you with a smile & everything is priced well.
