Shopping for a new spa can be challenging as there are so many options. When we decided to replace our aged spa with a new one, we did a lot of research and decided to purchase from Chuck at Bucks County Hot Tubs. The spa has just been delivered and installed, all as promised, and last night we enjoyed a totally relaxing session checking out all the jets, lights, various seats, etc. We have no regrets regarding our purchase of a Marquis spa and look forward to years of enjoyment. I never used buckscountyhottubs before , my local company that normally work on my unit were not available until the following week , I called due to a guest of mine who caused my hot tub to stop heating up past 56° Barabara called me back within a few minutes I told her my situation and she called her boss chuck and chuck told her for me to call him directly that he would be glad to help me troubleshoot over the phone . After going over a few steps chuck advised me that it was the heat element that needed to be replaced sure enough he was 100% correct .I am greatful for him and Barbara for helping

What a GREAT experience! I'm in the process of getting a 10 year old hot tub back in service and needed some assistance. Chuck at Bucks County Hot Tubs was AWESOME. I was looking for a particular part, which he confirmed he had. When I arrived, unfortunately, it was not exactly what I needed. That didn't phase Chuck, he asked what exactly I was doing I told him what I had and he was on it!
