Techs went right into my backyard without permission. When I asked who they were and what are they doing on my property they gave me the worse attitude. They demanded “do you want your pool closed or not?!” They said when they knocked on the door they heard someone say “wait one minute!” So why would they go in without talking to the homeowner? The homeowner with two reactive and protective dogs that we told them about when we made the booking. When they gave us the receipt, Jay continued to yell at me and my fiancé saying WE were cussing THEM out. What!? Will never shop here again and

Unfortunately, we had a awful summer pool experience, a dirty and sandy pool because Anthony(owner)would not honor the poor work of his employee. First they ripped my cover. Second, they installed a brand new filter and dirt/sand started to come in pool. They came and did not inspect their work, they only did a sock test, and said Hayward sells inferior pool filters/products to Amazon. Valley did not inspect their work just drove away.I paid Valley over $700.00 for a ripped cover and a incorrectly Installed brand new filter. I even left a message to close the pool with an employee on a Sunday,

The Team at Valley saved my summer. We just had an awesome Labor Day party with gorgeous crisp clean water in the pool! I tried for months to do it myself to no avail and in two weeks Anthony, Roberta, Frank and all made my new home even better!

I highly recommend Valley Pools. We have been using them for several years to open and close our pool as well as for all of our pool care needs and we have always been extremely happy. Anthony and Jess are wonderful people who really care about their customers. We are using their pool maintenance program for the first time this season and we could not be happier. All of their workers are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our pool has never looked better and we are very thankful to the entire Valley team…you are awesome!!

These people are absolutely wonderful! They are honest, know what they are doing, courteous, professional. They give good advice, and because they are knowledgeable, they can give good advice that actually resolves problems. I cannot say enough good things about them! They are also patient with old people (like me), who sometimes forget stuff an who do not hear well. I appreciate their help sooooooooo much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a bad experience and after posting a critical review Anthony the manager called me and was very professional so I took the bad review down. I was directed to bring in a water sample and follow their directions on how to get the pool clean
After a few weeks and almost a thousand dollars to open and treat the pool my pool was finally getting clear but, was still cloudy. I took another sample to them and they said to add chlorine. After doing so the water was better but, the deep end still was cloudy. I took another sample in and they told me to purchase an additional $60 in chemicals, (Flock

A pleasant, friendly, accommodating pool service company. Never an attitude like a competitor a few towns away. I would recommend Valley Pools in a heart beat. Go get a water analysis and see how accurate they are with their computerized analysis software - well worth the drive from Ewing!!
