Set appointment to fix nail pops in drywall. They called 30 minutes prior to first appointment to cancel and reschedule. Called 30 minutes prior to 2nd appointment to let us know he was going to be 2 hours late. Once he arrives he sits in driveway for 20 minutes without coming to the door. Calls my wife to say nobody is home. He then proceeds to back out of driveway to leave and I flag him down. He comes in the house with an attitude and arrogant as all hell like it was my fault.
