Textures and Plush Carpets are both tufted, then sheared to produce an even and soft surface. Some refer to these as Cut Pile, simply because they are pulled through the backing, then sheared off, for a finished product. These carpets can be manufactured less or more densely, depending on the look and end result desired.
Patterns and Prints can be level loop, cut pile, tip shear, or cut and loop combination. Patterns can be achieved by using colors to make the desired pattern, or can be made by using lower and higher levels of the yarn fibers. I had an exceptional experience. I ordered multiple samples to help me see the quality and colors of the carpet I wanted. Lisa, my sales person explained to me that not everything is available all the time, so I wanted to be sure I had options that would meet my timeline. Lisa and the sales team walked me through the whole process from placing the order to coordinating shipping and pick-up. Plus their prices can't be beat! Even my installer said the carpet I purchased would have cost me 2-3x's what I paid with Dalton. You have to be prepared for delays and read the fine print

I would not even consider ordering a throw rug from this company. They are highly unprofessional and change their prices after you get a quote. I found a carpet online that I thought would work well for my house, and I received a written quote for the carpet and shipping. Since I wanted to check the carpet first (before ordering such a large quantity) I requested samples. Please note, this company charges you for samples which I think is a little odd when their competitors send them for free.
