Since then, our inventory has grown, and we are able to offer a diverse array of rugs and full rug care services. We love to work with designers. If you are a designer who has not worked with us before, please e-mail us so we can get to know you and customize our process to fit the needs of you and your clients. Add color/design to a dull room (Art for your floor!) Help cultivate "mood" for certain rooms - sophisticated, fun, relaxing, serene, professional, creative - what will you be doing in the room?
Handmade rugs will bring you decades of joy and use if they are cared for correctly. Each rug is different, so there is no "one size fits all" cleaning method. Our cleaning process is done entirely by hand with mild detergent to ensure the rug is not damaged or subjected to excessive wear. We customize our cleaning process for each rug based on the age, condition, soil level, presence of pet stains, and construction.

We’ve purchased rugs at other merchants in the Asheville area, but after just one visit, Textura will be our “go to” choice, hands down. The prices are reasonable, and the people are there to help you — not just applying pressure and trying to close a sale. They are capable of fixing as well as cleaning rugs. You really should take time to visit them if you are in the market for rugs. That’s all they do, and they do it well.

Our dog chewed the pile off a Karastan rug. The hole was about 3" in diameter. Textura said they could repair the damaged area but would not guarantee that they could match the pattern. When they delivered the repaired rug we could not fine the repaired area the repair was so well done and matched the pattern perfectly.
Textura picked up and delivered the rug. They arrived each time when scheduled.
I strongly recommend Textura.

Textura has a fantastic selection, and is not overwhelming. And, if you call in advance, and let them know what you are looking for, they will be prepared to show you the style and color palette you request at a convenient time. Carlos and his team were gracious, knowledgeable and extremely customer-oriented. They listen -- if you have dogs or children - they will only show yoo samples that will enhance your home under those parameters. We highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about Textura and would give 10 stars if possible. Elizabeth and Carlos provide a highly personalized, luxury shopping experience, taking all of your requirements - dimensions, price point, style preference, and practical considerations - into account and presenting multiple options. They even offered to let me try a rug out at home so I could make sure I liked it before I committed, and delivered rugs that they custom ordered for me; the customer service is truly unbeatable.
I also really appreciate that they offer rug repair and rug wash services!

If you need a rug, outstanding service, and someone who know rugs and has an eye and and feel for what works then this is the place for you. The prices are less then Togar and other area stores and they are easy to work with (no pressure) and they will take your oriental on consignment. I also like the North Asheville location.

Carlos & Elizabeth are amazing. I knew nothing about rugs at all when I first started my venture into rugs. They offered helpful suggestions and eventually I turned up at their shop with a piece of furniture to test against rugs of different colors & styles. What I appreciated most was their patience! It takes me a while to make a decision.
Most importantly though my cats love this high pile, authentic Persian rug!
