Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I rented a 10x30 unit that I thought my items would be secure and safe in, but turns out they were not. I had over 1500 dollars worth of items stolen out of my unit. When I went to move my stuff out I realized these things were missing. I spoke with John the property owner who informed me there were no video cameras on the premises despite what their website says. He informed me since there was no damage to the door or lock on my unit I would probably lose the insurance claim to get my money back for the stolen items. I would seriously consider not using

We rented a large climate controlled unit to hold our belongings after we sold our previous home and had to wait on construction to be completed on our new home. The weekend we were moving, we discovered that we needed more storage space as the unit wasn’t large enough to hold everything we had. We were panicked because we had to move our things out of the house but had no idea where we were going to put them.
