This storage area is super clean, no bugs, and easy to access. We rented two of their climate control units for over 7 months and when we moved our things everything was the same condition as when we stored it. The people working there are super helpful and even offered us water while we were loading/unloading. An added bonus is they also have a super nice bathroom! We highly recommend Key Storage. Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience.

SAFE, Well-maintained, clean, storage facility. Great staff. They did a thorough job explaining the terms of the rental. Kenna is always pleasant, friendly and helpful. She will go above and beyond for a good tenant. Gate is never just left open. I felt very secure when accessing my unit. Climate controlled units and active pest control. When I moved my stuff out this month there were no nasty surprises in the boxes. I very much recommend this facility. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Ridiculously expensive... nearly $100 a month for a NON-climate-controlled 5x10. They skim through the contracts so fast you don't know you have to pay again before it's even been a month since you signed up. They put a lock on your door and send you rude and threatening "collection notices" and charge you a late fee for being 7 days late, when you wouldn't even REMOTELY expect to have to pay again when it hasn't even been a month since you signed up. They expect you to pay Johnny-on-the-spot, but when you refer them business they say it takes 30 days before you receive

Terrible customer service! They will pro rate you when you move in. However, not when you move out. Don't even think about using their trash can either. We put a very small bag in it and then received a nasty phone call saying that the trash can is not for customers. They were also very hateful towards our moving company. If you don't remove your lock they will get you for that too. They waited until ten days into the next month to let us know they are charging by the day to remove the lock. Their monthly rate is also too high for the size of units. I do not recommend them at all. I&apos
