I called several others and they were the first to state that they WOULD work on Samsung refrigerators. The technician came out promptly, explained why we had the icing issues with our Samsung refrigerator, provided good recommendations to fix it, and we did it. It took a day to "thaw out" but the fix worked and I thought that the fees were very reasonable. I know that I will use them again.

My heater started acting up while it was snowing so I called appliance doctor they were here within the hour looked everything over explained to me what was going on and how much everything would cost he had it fixed in no time and my heater is now performing better than it ever has since I’ve lived here. Very fast and knowledgeable tech would use again and recommend.

Provider agreed to call 20 minutes before arrival so we could meet him at location of repair. He called at 11am stating "I'll be there in 2 minutes" .... when informed that it would be 20 minutes before we could get there he said, "just forget it then and hung up". The technician would not answer a return call and a call to Steve, the manager, got no results. When told that we were between a rock and a hard place because if they didn't come fix our oven today we'd have to wait another 2-3 days to schedule someone else his response was, "I don't care who you pick, why don't I refer you to someone

***BEWARE*** Was charged $538.28 for an AC fan that retails for $90 on the web. Was taken advantage of on a hot summer day. That didn't even include the labor which was an additional $125. Please check the price of parts very close.
Went into the store to see if it was a mistake and told "Sorry, you agreed with the estimate". Unwilling to make it right. Please be careful.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND:
My A/C stop working last night / @ 7:30 and and 8am I start calling everyone. The office of Appliance Doctor was very nice and send someone right at way at 8:20am, knocking at my door to fix my A/C problem. The service call was $50.00 (good for 30days) and the technician work right away. I have 1YR warranty on the parts. EXCELLENT!! @ 9:00am I have A/C, Cool for the hot time of summer, thanks to the ADI, for fast service and GOOD price.
No emergency cost like some others....
