Good experience, technician was great I just wasn't happy about the $191 cost of the clean out or you can sign up and save money for $191 a year contract, that's why they don't do hourly rate, they just give you a ultimatum of one time fix or contract. Otherwise they were very professional. Zac did a great job tuning up my A/C, and he was really kind and knowledgeable, and worked hard from the moment he got here until he left.

The pricing was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing a service they provide. Shelly called to remind me of the appointment/time, and she was extremely sweet, but also professional.

The initial contact, estimate appointment and communication leading up to install were great! The install went great, or so I thought, and the guys were polite and hard working. However, post install and multiple failed inspections which resulted in multiple extra appointments (and me leaving work early & additional days off of work to accommodate the inspections & fixes) was a nightmare of a headache to deal with. The inspector did say they were surprised it was happening with this company but they didn't follow the notes from the failed inspections until the third time which was

My AC was not blowing cold air and in 1 room there seemed to be no air coming out the registers. I thought duct replacement would be the answer since they are more than 30 years old although the unit is only 5 years old.
I called Sunrise Heat and Air and spoke to a very nice lady who set an appointment for a free quote, to accommodate my schedule.
On schedule Jesse and Alex arrived and were friendly, clean, wore masks and put on shoe covering which I appreciate. They answered all my questions. They found the actual problem, a bad defrost control board. They were able to replace it and add a pound

Called just to get a quote on a new unit but could not offer. Told me the soonest apppointnent was Thursday, don't need an appointment, just a new unit. Tried to sell me emergency service call for tomorrow, once again, don't need service, just a new unit. After 10 minutes I was told she could not give me a quote?? So I want to give you business and you can't accommodate because I am not having a service call, stupid policy that just lost you money.

When I called Sunrise heating and air, I was surprised to get an immediate answer on the phone and a very kind person that told me that he can check the condition of my A/C that was leaking at the same day. I was very impressed with the prompt response and was hoping that he'll be able to do it since it was in such a short notice & usually I can't get any one to check the situation in the day that I put a service call. But he was honoring his ward and came in the same day in the afternoon when he told me that he'll. He checked the A/C and gave me a very reasonable price to fix
