I called Veteran's AC & Heat because the back half of our house has not been getting cool. We suspected something wrong with the duct system.
By the way, they were recommended by many people in my neighborhood! They came the following day and Joe did a thorough inspection of my whole system. He told me that my ducts were fine, even though they are older. They showed no signs of corrosion or water damage! What he did say was that I needed a complete overhaul of my insulation - something their company does not do. I am down to one inch, and the Florida code calls for 14 inches!! Wow! (By the way

I got 3 quotes for a system overhaul at my rental property. Veterans AC were the only company who arrived on time, did a thorough assessment and provided the estimate promptly so of course when it came to scheduling the work it was a no-brainer to use their service. The team were efficient, friendly and informative, the only suggestion I would make is to provide before and after photographs of attic work as it’s not something the customer can easily see. Very pleased overall, thanks Veterans.

Technician came on time, conducted maintenance and evaluated my ten year old AC system and filter. I felt his advice was honest, as he gave me info on purchasing a filter on my own and having Veterans install it for less money. I'm so happy that I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan, and it was at less cost than my previous AC company. The best part is that my dad is a 100 year old Army Veteran of WWII and I am honored to support this Veteran's company.

I came home from work and discovered it was pretty warm inside. Veterans AC and Heat was able to come out that night and look at it. The capacitor went bad and the tech grabbed one out of the truck and was able to get my unit running! Will was my technician and he was very professional and honest. He explained exactly what he was doing, from start to finish. I will definitely be calling these guys again for my HVAC needs.

I've learned my lesson about air-conditioning companies in Florida our air conditioner broke Friday and the air conditioner guy came by for $150 just to look at it he couldn't fix a job said he would call us in the morning it's 1 o'clock no response he told this business that there was a disabled veteran and we needed fast resolution and an open line of communication neither of which were met.

True story. I called Acree Air first. They told my wife we had major problems and we had a major leak and we have to replace a coil and this and that. Cost would be between $800-$1200 depending on what else is found I said ok I'll get back to you. Wife called Veterans. They were here within probably 1 1/2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. My house was cooling off with 45 minutes. They are coming back to finish up the job next week but at least the emergency is over and the house is livable again. And the charge is way under $800. No joke. I do trust these people.

I have been using Veterans AC & Heat Inc. since they began servicing customers in the Clearwater, FL area, as I saw their truck on the highway. I had become unhappy with my previous A/C Tech, whom I had for 8 years. When the Veterans AC Tech arrived, I immediately could tell how knowledgeable and professional he was. That was Roy Shell, the Senior Tech for the company. Since then I have had them come any time we had an issue with our A/C and Heating system. When the 21 year old AC stops cooling on a Friday night your first thought is tgis is going to be expensive, the second thought is calling Veterans AC. They were out quickly to check the AC out. I expected the worst.
The tech that came out said that they could repair the old unit. The price they charged was well under what I expected. House is cool. Veteran's is the only company I would let near my AC now. When the old unit kicks off some da, Veterans will be the company I want to replace the unit.

I can't say enough about this company!! Roy, the owner, and his amazing team (to include Ben, Michael, and Joe) have consistently gone above and beyond over the past 6 months to ensure we are as comfortable as possible in our home! We bought our house about 9 months ago and from the beginning had problems with our HVAC. Because we had a home warranty, we were forced to use the various, sub-par contractors that were sent to "fix" the problems. We went out on our own and had Veteran's put in all new duct work in Aug, thinking that would take some pressure off the HVAC system
