Purchased an older home which needed relocation of a large AC unit, all new duct work (in very narrow and confined spaces), and two ductless AC units. Jim was extremely knowledgeable with not only the AC systems but with the numerous other issues that popped up. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Jim and Derek made a great team, worked long hours to get the job done, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the work was completed. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work and appreciate the extra effort from both to make sure things were top notch

Had an Air conditioning issue and spoke with Jim the owner after hours.He accommodated an urgent appointment for me right away. He was very pleasant and professional. Checked my unit and gave me an honest diagnosis of what happened. Not only he offered to fix it right away but gave me a great deal.

I contacted sunbeam air on Sunday at about 6 o'clock at night service man was here within about 30minutes and checked out my air conditioning system A Coyl was a dirty and some of it was improperly piped he recharge the system finished up about 9 o'clock and the house is cooling down the wife is much happier the service man not only was very polite but the type of guy that everyone has as a friend. I highly recommend this company and tech Derek.

I've been using Sunbeam for nearly 4 years, their service agreement is the best deal around and ensures your system is running perfectly. They visit twice a year. I was able to afford adding a microbial system this visit since they've kept my cost of maintenance low. Highly recommend, I found them via a family friends referral.
