We had a new 18 seer 2 speed Trane system installed. The installers were professional, efficient (one day install), courteous and very knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to answer questions and inform us about our new system. Jeff our sells representative was also very courteous and patient in answering our questions.
A hot house does no good for your health or peace of mind. High indoor temperatures are especially unsafe for young children and the elderly. You don't have to wait until your air conditioner has stopped producing any cold air to schedule air conditioning repair. Even the slightest irregularity should be addressed.

We purchased our new Air handler and heat pump from Pinellas Comfort Systems! We couldn’t be happier with their sales and wonderful service! Larry and Bryce were the best of the best! They went above and beyond starting early and working non stop until our new unit was up and running and given us lessons on how to! A follow up to my review below - Fred returned today and replaced the evaporator coil which had been leaking. Again very happy with the service from this excellent company and knowledge and caring from all of their technicians. Repair was done very efficiently and in a timely manner with no mess or fuss. Ryan was a superior sales person who came to my home and respected my time and gave me a very competitive price and I would have chosen to use thuis company based solely on his professional manner but the next person on my list basically just told me he could fix my existing unit for thousands less than what 2 completely separate companies had quoted so I have a functioning AC hopefully for the next few years. But when I am ready to have a new system installed I will absolutely call Pinellas Comfort solutions and have Ryan give me a new quote!

Had my install in November and I am so glad I went with this company. They did amazing work and were very thorough. Even the county inspector told me they do excellent work. The guys that came were friendly and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves and taught me how to use my new system. Ryan the owner answered all my questions prior to install and was really knowledgeable.

We are new to Florida. When our A/C went out, we called someone that our neighbor recommended. No response and our home was 90 degrees. Great company and service-oriented staff. Located company to service home heat pump via Trane website. Company responded to service request email within one hour with prompt appointment. Service Technician Zack called when enroute. Arrived and solved problem in minimum time. Took time to "educate" me. Had all required repair parts on truck. Took time to check entire system. I got a new HVAC system installed today(7/15/2019) by Zack and Larry. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional. They slaved away in my hot garage for hours and the end result is my house is once again cool and comfortable. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They were helpful in helping me understand the new system since my prior system was 20 years old; I now have this fancy, high tech thermostat that they walked me through.

Had them do a service today and they were very nice, I actually had a backup in my line and they cleared it and also showed me how if it were to happen again, I feel like I learned a lot and the guy was super nice overall great experience would definitely recommend! Also he wore booties on my carpet which was appreciated!

The owner of the company crawled into our attic space to survey the damage to our ducts.
Our attic is a scuttle space that means if you work in this space you have to GI Joe belly crawl.
Tom the tech came prepared and worked non stop until the work was complete.
This organization was very professional from top to bottom.
The cost matched the obstacles and how hard the work was.

Awesome family-owned (three generations) A/C company. They are always on-time, courteous, and responsive! Just what you need when it's 100 degrees out and your air shuts off!
