Upon moving to Arizona my collection of oriental/Persian rugs needed to be cleaned. I brought them to PV Rugs and they did an amazing job... my rugs came back bright and soft...even brought my kids rugs to them for cleaning. They are a family owned business with a great work ethic and I definitely recommend them. And even tho I am not in the market to buy any rugs they show me anything that catches my eye... they have a marvelous inventory.

Great experience with this company. I highly recommend them for fine rug cleaning. We had two very expensive, handmade rugs that I thought were ruined from blood stains. The rugs were cleaned to perfection. Delivery and setup was complimentary.

I purchased a rug elsewhere a few months ago and was very disappointed how grungy and dirty it looked after just a few months. After researching online I was afraid the rug I purchased was going to be difficult, if not impossible to clean. I contacted Johnny at PV rugs after being referred to him by a neighbor. He picked up the rug, cleaned it, and it not only looks like new....it looks BETTER than new! He was so kind and thoughtful...loved working with him. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. I don't write a lot of reviews, but couldn't resist writing one for Johnny and his team at PV Rugs. We had our rugs cleaned and they were professional, timely, and they moved furniture carefully- even a grand piano! The cleaned rugs were fresh and the colors came back beautifully. We decided to take a look at a runner and new dining room rug and fell in love with what he brought over, and the price was reasonable for the excellent quality. Highly recommend!

The guys at PV Rugs picked up our three large rugs, took them to their warehouse, shampooed and cleaned them to look practically brand new, and returned them within 2.5 weeks! Best part was when they delivered our rugs, they moved the heavy furniture around. I just told them where the rug belonged and what furniture went on top and they did all the heavy lifting! Wonderful!

I waited way too long to get my runner rugs cleaned. Like 7 years! Yikes. I thought I might have to purchase new ones. They were wool but after that time and a dog, they looked really soiled. PV Rugs did a great job. They look like new. I'm so excited to have them back. The guys were helpful, courteous. Will definitely be back, and sooner than 7 years. :-)

They did an AMAZING job on two, very large area rugs. I had no expectations for one of them since it laid under my kitchen table for over a decade. I had it cleaned when carpet cleaners came to the house, but some areas were just too stained to ever get cleaned. The outcome was stellar. They even repaired a couple of small well-worn spots. Both rugs were bright, revived, and the outcome exceeded anything I could have imagined.
Take your rugs here and you'll be amazed. John was easy to work with and prices were very reasonable. Turnaround time was great too.

PV Rugs just redelivered my wool tufted rug after my dog ate a couple holes in the middle. They did an outstanding job with the repair and a terrific cleaning job. It looks great. They were exact on the appointment times for pick up and delivery.

The owner came to our home, conferred with us and proceeded to do an outstanding job cleaning a very expensive carpet. It literally looks brand new. We had authorized him to do other work on the fringe. He didn't do the work due to aesthetics and lack of value to us. This is the second rug they have cleaned for us recently. We will continue to work with PVRugs.

There is literally NOTHING this company cannot clean! If you have a nice area rug with a horrendous stain, don't panic - call PV Rugs. They have cleaned red Gatorade, purple Gatorade, and even red printer ink out of my beautiful rugs. Please don't try anywhere else - they will fail where PV Rugs will succeed. As a bonus, the business is family owned and operated, and they just couldn't be nicer. They are miracle workers!

I haven't actually purchased a rug or services from PV Rugs, but based on my experience today, I hope to soon. Johnny personally came to my home to inspect a damaged rug I needed repaired. He was knowledgeable, honest and genuinely kind. With his information, I was able to get the rug replaced for faulty craftsmanship at no cost! My husband, Gene, and I are absolutely delighted with the job that PV Rugs did for us on our Karastan rug. It lay in our former home for 30+ years and, with two active children and three sometimes naughty dogs throughout that time, had become quite tired-looking and in need of repair.
